Penix Jr. and Carter have been open about their relationship for a long time and continue expressing love for each other on special occasions. They walked into the 2024 NFL Draft hand in hand, and she styled a white dress that matched the former Washington quarterback’s shirt and glasses.
The couple also went on a fun-filled vacation to Jamaica days before the draft to spend time together before the QB gets swept off in the NFL machine.
Carter graduated from Kent-Meridian High School in 2018 and later completed her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, majoring in biology. Her long-term goal when she joined the university was to become an anesthesiologist.

Like Penix Jr., Carter enjoyed playing sports. In high school, she played basketball and soccer while also running track. However, Carter decided to go to Nevada because she liked the soccer coach’s vision.
During her freshman year, Olivia played for a total of 758 minutes, starting in 16 out of 19 of the games, including a match-winning goal against San Jose State, where she scored a crucial goal that helped the team secure a 1-0 victory.
She played 16 games during her senior year and started in 11 of them while seeing a total of 1,028 minutes in playing time. Penix Jr.’s girlfriend finished college in 2022 and moved to Seattle, where she met the Falcons QB.

Carter is the daughter of Christopher and Regina Carter. She has two siblings, both brothers; the younger one is named Theo, and the older one is Quincy, who plays soccer at Central Washington University.
