Over six weeks removed from the last NFL annual selection event, summer scouting is in full effect. Preseason rankings are solidifying, and hidden gems are beginning to be uncovered as scouts delve deeply into available film. The results of those endeavors form our latest 2025 NFL Mock Draft.
2025 NFL Mock Draft
1) Carolina Panthers: Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State
After quarterback, pass rushers and cornerbacks are the most revered positions in all of football. The Carolina Panthers need the former like we all need a bed and a hot meal.
As Abdul Carter transitions to defensive end for the 2024 college football campaign, expect him to assert himself as the very best in the nation, earning attention as a potential first-overall selection.
2) Tennessee Titans: Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri
If the Tennessee Titans select second overall, as the latest Super Bowl odds suggest, don’t rule out the franchise moving on from Will Levis.
However, with question marks over the QB class, selecting a dominant offensive weapon like Luther Burden III — as in this 2025 NFL Mock Draft — to elevate that side of the ball could be an equally productive move.
3) New England Patriots: Will Campbell, OT, LSU
The New England Patriots added Caedan Wallace in April, but the Penn State product is far from the long-term answer at offensive tackle that the team requires.
Will Campbell has the potential to be the very best in this 2025 class, pairing impressive size, coveted athleticism, and NFL-caliber technical ability to overcome any anticipated length concerns during the process.
4) Denver Broncos: Deone Walker, DT, Kentucky
The Denver Broncos are at their very best when dominant on defense, and there is plenty of work to do on that side of the ball. As a result, they take the best defensive player available in this 2025 NFL Mock Draft to solidify the trenches.
They don’t make players like Deone Walker often, a mammoth of a man with exceptional strength and seen-to-be-believed athleticism.
5) Las Vegas Raiders: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
The 2025 quarterback class has already fielded plenty of criticism, and there isn’t yet a consensus over who will head it up next spring. While Georgia’s passer leads the way in the PFN QB rankings, there are NFL scouts who believe Shedeur Sanders — who battled abysmal OL play a year ago — has all the physical tools to be the first signal-caller selected next April.
6) New York Giants: Carson Beck, QB, Georgia
The New York Giants‘ Daniel Jones experiment is officially over in this 2025 NFL Mock Draft, as the franchise moves on to Bulldogs quarterback Carson Beck.
The Georgia juggernaut averaged over nine yards per pass attempt in his first season as a starter, proving he has the arm talent to power a new era of Giants football as a potential top-10 pick.
7) Arizona Cardinals: Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
After investing some in the cornerback position a year ago, the Arizona Cardinals lock down a true CB1 and continue their recent track record of gleaning value in the annual selection event by landing arguably the best player in the class.
Michigan Wolverine Will Johnson has the size, football IQ, athletic excellence, and ball skills to develop into one of the NFL’s best.
8) Washington Commanders: Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame
For as good as Johnson is, Notre Dame Fighting Irish phenom Benjamin Morrison is just behind him in terms of total talent. Morrison closes space in a heartbeat and has the ball skills to routinely snag interceptions at the next level.
The Washington Commanders need a lockdown corner, especially with concerns over Emmanuel Forbes, and this selection remedies that.
9) New Orleans Saints: James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee
After ranking near the bottom of the NFL with just two sacks per game in the 2023 season, the New Orleans Saints chose to bring in Chase Young for a season rather than add a top-tier young gun in the last draft class.
James Pearce Jr. gives them a productive pass-rushing playmaker whose explosion and bend are hard to compete against.
10) Minnesota Vikings: Malaki Starks, S, Georgia
The Minnesota Vikings need to upgrade their secondary, and Georgia standout Malaki Starks has transformational talent for an NFL defensive backfield.
He’s been hyper-productive since his freshman campaign in 2022 (five interceptions, 14 pass breakups, 120 tackles) and has the all-encompassing profile to emerge as one of the very best players in this class.

11) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Travis Hunter, CB, Colorado
While pass rusher figures to be a prominent problem for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to solve next April, they also have issues in the secondary to address, and Travis Hunter gives them a freakish playmaker who has the ball skills, speed, and instincts to develop from his current two-way status into a top-tier cover man at the NFL level.
12) Seattle Seahawks: Harold Perkins Jr., LB, LSU
The LSU Tigers have experimented with playing Harold Perkins Jr. in multiple positions during his young career, casting some questions as to where he’ll play at the next level.
Our answer would be to just let the kid play and figure it out later. He instantly upgrades the Seattle Seahawks’ LB group with his devastating pass-rush presence and coverage capability.
13) Indianapolis Colts: Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
The Indianapolis Colts were oft-touted as a potential landing spot for Brock Bowers this spring, and tight end remains a potential need for next April. In this 2025 NFL Mock Draft, Colston Loveland provides Anthony Richardson with another devastating pass-catching option.
The Michigan tight end may not have many challengers to his crown as the TE1 of this incoming crop.
14) Pittsburgh Steelers: Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
Aside from Keanu Benton, the Pittsburgh Steelers have an aging defensive front that could use an injection of youth and terrifying (for opposition offenses) talent.
Mason Graham is a mauler forged in the Michigan trenches who has pocket-pulverizing power and remarkable pass-rush potential due to athleticism that belies his stout 6’3″, 318-pound frame.
15) Jacksonville Jaguars: Josh Conerly Jr., OT, Oregon
While the Jacksonville Jaguars may roll the dice on a deal with Cam Robinson, where is the fun in that for a June edition of a 2025 NFL Mock Draft?
If you’re looking for a potential OT riser into the first round next April, look no further than Josh Conerly Jr., who has the potential to become the next Oregon Duck offensive lineman to command Day 1 capital.
16) Cleveland Browns: Emery Jones, OT, LSU
While there’s a conversation to be had about finding a new quarterback, if the Cleveland Browns are selecting towards the back end of the first round, they’ll likely be able to delay dipping their toes into this 2025 talent pool.
With multiple offensive linemen, including starting LT Jedrick Wills, out of contract, Emery Jones could become a key part of the Browns OL.
17) Los Angeles Rams: Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas
Alaric Jackson has shown impressive development in his NFL career, leading to a starting berth at left tackle for the Los Angeles Rams. However, it would be a surprise if the franchise didn’t address the position next April.
Kelvin Banks Jr. helped power Texas’ offense to a College Football Playoff berth last season, and he returns to Austin to boost his stock this fall.
18) Los Angeles Chargers: Denzel Burke, CB, Ohio State
Would Jim Harbaugh select a player out of his hated college rival, Ohio State? Striving for success in the NFL requires swallowing pride and prejudices. The Los Angeles Chargers need to bolster their cornerback room and Denzel Burke gives them a true outside CB who competes in all phases of the game.
19) Chicago Bears: Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M
Although the Chicago Bears added Austin Booker in the fourth round of the 2024 NFL Draft, the franchise will likely be looking to add a starting caliber pass rusher to play opposite Montez Sweat.
Nic Scourton was a force off the edge at Purdue and switched to the SEC with Texas A&M this fall to sharpen his toolbox, elevate his stock, and secure Day 1 selection.
20) Atlanta Falcons: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
Drake London. Kyle Pitts. Bijan Robinson. Michael Penix Jr. Tetairoa McMillan. Repeat that three times in the mirror, and you will give defensive coordinators nightmares for the entire NFL season.
The Arizona Wildcats WR is something of a steal with the 20th pick of this 2025 NFL Mock Draft because he’s comfortably a top-10 talent in this class.
21) Miami Dolphins: Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan
The Miami Dolphins added some pass rush presence to their roster in April, but the capture of Calais Campbell points to a desire to fortify the trenches along the front. Kenneth Grant boasts gap-plugging size to disrupt the ground game while his ludicrously fast feet add pass-rush presence. The Michigan man has immediate impact potential as a rookie in Miami.
22) Green Bay Packers: Tyleik Williams, DT, Ohio State
After watching a potential target snatched from their grasp with the previous pick of this 2025 NFL Mock Draft, the Green Bay Packers turn to Ohio State defensive tackle Tyleik Williams to boost their defensive front.
Williams was a surprise returnee to the Buckeyes after commanding attention in the 2024 cycle. Some NFL scouts have him pegged as an early first-rounder.
23) New York Jets: Drew Allar, QB, Penn State
With a ton of questions facing this 2025 quarterback class and multiple teams in need of a signal-caller, don’t be surprised if someone enters the Day 1 conversation that isn’t in it right now.
Drew Allar has drawn attention from scouts with his NFL-ready frame (6’4″, 225 pounds) and his ball security. The Penn State offense didn’t do him any favors last fall, but a new offensive coordinator could be the key to unlocking his true potential. Just don’t watch the Penn State spring game.
24) Houston Texans: Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
Injury has hampered Emeka Egbuka’s ascent as the next great Ohio State wide receiver. However, with Marvin Harrison Jr. already in the NFL, Egbuka should thrive in the leading role for the Buckeyes.
If the production matches the talent in the 2024 college football season, and he remains injury-free, he’ll become the go-to guy for former teammate C.J. Stroud in 2025.
25) Dallas Cowboys: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
In his prime, Ezekiel Elliott was a dominant rushing and receiving threat for the Dallas Cowboys. The moves made by the franchise this offseason point to them getting behind that ground game once again. What better situation for Boise State Broncos running back Ashton Jeanty — one of the best players in college football — to land in?
The Boise State product earned CFN All-American honors in 2023 due to his defense-dominating performances. Get the ball in his hand any way you can and reap the rewards.
26) Philadelphia Eagles: Barrett Carter, LB, Clemson
Although the Philadelphia Eagles drafted a linebacker out of Clemson just six weeks ago, the position looms prominently on their projected needs list ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft.
Barrett Carter gives them an enforcer in all phases who heads into the 2024 college campaign with 151 tackles, 21 for loss, nine sacks, three interceptions, and 14 PBUs as evidence of his multi-faced skill set.

27) Cincinnati Bengals: Dani Dennis-Sutton, EDGE, Penn State
The Cincinnati Bengals are a prime candidate for a first-round wide receiver next April. However, with limited options remaining with the 27th pick of this 2025 NFL Mock Draft, the franchise addresses another likely need.
Dani Dennis-Sutton gives them a strong, explosive presence off the edge whose stock is likely to soar as a full-time pass rusher opposite teammate Carter.
28) Buffalo Bills: Tacario Davis, CB, Arizona
Needing an injection of talent into their secondary, the Buffalo Bills strike for Arizona Wildcats cornerback Tacario Davis in this 2025 NFL Mock Draft. While he had a dalliance with the transfer portal in the offseason, Davis is back in Tucson as the program transitions to the Big 12, and he’s primed to prove his worth in the conference before earning Day 1 attention next spring.
29) Detroit Lions: Princely Umanmielen, EDGE, Ole Miss
The Detroit Lions would pay a king’s ransom to land a top-tier pass-rush presence, and they use the princely sum of the 29th pick of this 2025 NFL Mock Draft to bring in a player with extremely high potential. Princely Umanmielen transfers to Ole Miss this fall, looking to overturn some preconceptions about his work rate and let his obvious talent do the talking on the field.
30) Baltimore Ravens: Donovan Jackson, OG, Ohio State
While guard might not be viewed as a first-round position, the Baltimore Ravens have showcased that they’re not beholden to positional value norms when the draft rolls around. In this 2025 NFL Mock Draft, they break convention once more, adding Ohio State IOL Donovan Jackson. He’s a built-in-a-lab lineman who could ascend into Day 1 territory with development this fall.
31) San Francisco 49ers: Earnest Greene III, OT, Georgia
The San Francisco 49ers were routinely linked with the top offensive tackles in the previous class but failed to add quality competition or starting-caliber pieces one month ago. Imagine newly crowned Madden 25 cover athlete Christian McCaffrey running behind Earnest Green III, a physical force in the ground game who crushes opponents for fun.
32) Kansas City Chiefs: DeMonte Capehart, DT, Clemson
Clemson has been a potent producer of defensive line talent for what seems like forever now. One player who could join the ranks of former Tigers in the NFL is DeMonte Capehart, who is set for a breakout season.
NFL scouts are already high on the 6’5″, 320-pound juggernaut due to his off-snap explosion, all-encompassing power, and eyes-on-the-ball football intelligence.
