CINCINNATI – After holding on to all 10 of their picks rather than packaging a few to move up at any point during the NFL Draft, the Cincinnati Bengals are building their collection of undrafted free agents.
Some reports from sources or even the official X account of the school where the free agent played may indicate signings. But nothing will be official until the players arrive in Cincinnati, pass a physical, and put pen to paper.
The Bengals typically don’t announce their official list of UDFAs until the day before rookie minicamp, which is set to begin May 10 at Paycor Stadium.
Here’s a look at the players who have agreed to terms with the team.
Cincinnati Bengals 2024 Undrafted Free Agents
Justin Blazek, EDGE, Wisconsin-Platteville
After three seasons as a team captain, Justin Blazek has the production and character the Bengals like to target. The 6’3″, 252-pound, 22-year-old Blazek recorded 19.5 sacks in 26 starts at Wisconsin-Platteville.
Cole Burgess, WR, SUNY Cortland
No doubt Bengals offensive coordinator Dan Pitcher, who also played at SUNY Cortland, was involved in the recruiting of Cole Burgess (6’0″, 192 pounds).
The receiver spent six years on campus but only played four seasons after the pandemic canceled the 2020 season, and he was suspended in 2021 for throwing an off-campus Halloween party during the pandemic. He had 3,133 yards and 35 touchdowns in 34 career games.
Noah Cain, RB, LSU
The Bengals surprisingly didn’t draft a running back, so Noah Cain (5’10”, 222 pounds) will be one of two undrafted guys who will come in and compete with Trayveon Williams and Chris Evans to back up Zack Moss and Chase Brown.
Aaron Casey, LB, Indiana
Several analysts had a draftable grade on Aaron Casey, a sixth-year senior and team captain. He recorded 36 tackles for loss, 10 sacks, and five forced fumbles in 56 games for the Hoosiers.
Casey (6’0″, 230 pounds) also played a lot of special teams at IU, which will be his key to making the roster in training camp.
Elijah Collins, RB, Oklahoma State
A team captain at Michigan State in 2022, Elijah Collins (6’0″, 212 pounds) transferred to Oklahoma State but saw limited action behind star Ollie Gordon, the 2023 Doak Walker Award winner.

Michael Dowell, S, Miami (OH)
A northeastern Ohio native, Michael Dowell (6’1″, 221 pounds) graduated from Michigan State with a finance degree in 2022 and transferred to play for the RedHawks, where he started 12 games and helped lead the team to the Mid-American Conference Championship.
Cam Grandy, TE, Illinois State
A consensus All-American at the FCS level, Cam Grandy (6’4″, 253 pounds) had 63 catches for 612 yards and three touchdowns in 2023.
PJ Jules, S, Southern Illinois
In five seasons at SIU, PJ Jules had 13 tackles for loss and 11 pass breakups. He also starred on special teams during his time with the Salukis.
He earned an invitation to the Hula Bowl.
Rocky Lombardi, QB, Northern Illinois
A seventh-year senior, Rocky Lombardi will turn 26 in July. He began his career at Michigan State before transferring to NIU in 2022. He only made nine starts for the Spartans, but Lombardi (6’3″, 235 pounds) started 29 games for the Huskies and was a two-time team captain.
He threw for 2,274 yards with 11 touchdowns and seven interceptions in 2023.
Austin McNamara, P, Texas Tech
The Bengals knew they were going to bring in competition for 2023 sixth-round pick Brad Robbins, the only question was whether they would draft one or sign a free agent.
Austin McNamara (6’5″, 204 pounds) ended his Texas Tech career with a 45.9-yard average, which was a school and Big 12 record. McNamara’s average is also the 10th best in NCAA history among punters with at least 150 attempts.

Eric Miller, OT, Louisville
Yep, Eric Miller is built a lot like Orlando Brown Jr., Trent Brown, and rookie first-round pick Amarius Mims.
Miller is 6’7 1/2″ and 311 pounds. A Purdue transfer, he started every game for the Cardinals in 2023 and was named honorable mention All-ACC.
Tre Mosley, WR, Michigan State
The 6’2″, 200-pound Tre Mosley finished his career at MSU with 1,464 yards and 10 touchdowns and earned a degree in advertising management.
Maema Njongmeta, LB, Wisconsin
Maema Njongmeta (5’11”, 228 pounds) was a two-year starter for the Badgers, recording 20 TFLs, 6.5 sacks, and an interception while earning a degree in finance, investment, and banking.
Lance Robinson, CB, Tulane
Lance Robinson (5’10”, 185 pounds) ran a 4.37 40-yard dash and has 31 1/8″ arms. The New Orleans native originally enrolled at Kansas State but transferred home to Tulane in 2021 and was a two-year starter.
