With the 2024 offseason in full swing, it’s time for one of the most anticipated moments of every franchise’s offseason roster building: the NFL Draft.
With plenty of shows to catch analysis of the picks as they come in, who will be featured on the NFL Network 2024 NFL Draft commentators team?
Let’s look at who’s hosting NFL Network’s coverage of the 2024 NFL Draft and who will join them as the crew navigates 257 draft picks through seven rounds.
Who are the NFL Network 2024 NFL Draft Commentators?
So, who will announce and analyze the picks as teams confirm their selections? Rich Eisen returns for another year to host NFL Network’s Draft coverage.
Former Tennessee Volunteers DB and current NFL Network draft analyst Charles Davis joins him along with former NFL scout Daniel Jeremiah. Fox Sports college football commentator Joel Klatt will also be there, along with Kaylee Hartung and Ian Rapoport.
Additionally, two-time Super Bowl MVP and Pro Football Hall of Fame QB Kurt Warner will join the crew for the first night of the 2024 NFL Draft, with Emmy Award-winning host Peter Schrager taking over for him on Friday and Saturday.
Rich Eisen
Eisen returns for another year to host the NFL Network’s draft festivities. Before his time at NFL Network, Eisen worked at ESPN with the equally legendary Stuart Scott as an impeccable duo on “SportsCenter.”
However, with the creation of NFL Network, Eisen was the first on-air talent added to the team in June 2003. He became the primary host of “NFL Total Access” until August 2011, and he hosted “NFL GameDay Morning,” NFL Network’s first pregame show.
Eisen is heavily involved in the NFL Draft, from the event itself to the NFL Scouting Combine, where he started “Run Rich Run,” which became a fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Eisen’s contributions to NFL Network and the NFL Draft have been invaluable.
Daniel Jeremiah
Jeremiah joined NFL Media in 2012 as an analyst after spending eight years as a scout for various franchises.
In 2005 and 2006, Jeremiah served as a West Coast scout for the Baltimore Ravens after being a personnel assistant in 2003 and 2004.
Jeremiah moved to Cleveland in 2007 to become the National scout for the Browns through the 2008 season. Finally, he returned to the West Coast as a scout for the Philadelphia Eagles from 2010 until he joined NFL Media.
The former Appalachian State QB is heavily featured on a few NFL Network programs like “NFL Total Access” and has been the lead analyst for “Path to the Draft” since 2019.
Additionally, Jeremiah does color commentary for Los Angeles Chargers games on KFI Radio.
Charles Davis
Davis has been in quite a few areas of sports media, especially the NFL Draft.
Davis, a four-year starting safety for the Volunteers, is an analyst for the NFL Network’s NFL Draft and Scouting Combine coverage, and their exclusive Reese’s Senior Bowl coverage.
In addition to the NFL and the draft, Davis has also been an analyst for several different networks for college football, Arena League Football, basketball, baseball, and golf.
After graduating, Davis was an assistant coach for the University of Pacific before becoming the assistant athletic director for Stanford University from 1994-96.
Joe Klatt
Klatt serves as an American college football color commentator and analyst for FOX Sports, joining FOX Sports 1 in August 2013 for its launch.
Before the 2015 season, Klatt was promoted to Fox Sports’ lead college football analyst, where he teams up with Gus Johnson for FOX’s “Big Noon Saturday” window.

Before becoming an analyst, Klatt walked on to the Colorado Buffaloes as a quarterback and was a starter in 2003-05, the first three-year starter for the Buffs since Kordell Stewart in 2003-05. Klatt completed 61.2% of his passes for 7,708 yards and 46 touchdowns, with an overall passer rating of 126.2.
Kurt Warner
Next up is Warner, a legendary NFL quarterback who became an analyst for NFL Network in 2010 following his 12-year career.
Warner is a Pro Football Hall of Fame member, a four-time Pro Bowler, two-time NFL MVP, and Super Bowl 34 MVP and champion.
Warner appeared in three Super Bowls, two with the St. Louis Rams and one with the Arizona Cardinals, leading the franchise to its lone Super Bowl appearance in 2008. Warner is the Rams’ all-time leader in passer rating, with a 97.2. He is also tied with Steve Young and Rich Gannon for the most consecutive games with 300+ passing yards.
Following retirement, Warner has shared his insight on “NFL GameDay Morning” with Eisen, Steve Mariucci, and Michael Irvin as an analyst before the NFL’s 1 p.m. ET kickoff on Sundays. He is also a regular contributor on “NFL Total Access.”
Ian Rapoport
Joining the NFL Network team back in April 2012, Rapoport was a Dallas-based field reporter. While he has always covered league-wide issues, he has since relocated to New York and became NFL Network’s lead insider in July 2013.
Rapoport has covered the NFL since 2009 as a New England Patriots beat reporter for the Boston Herald for three seasons.
Before his time in the NFL, Rapoport also reported for the Birmingham News on the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Jackson Clarion-Ledger on Mississippi State. Rapoport can be seen on many NFL Media platforms as the network’s lead NFL insider.
Kaylee Hartung
Hartung got her start at CBSNews.com after graduating from Washington and Lee University in 2007 with a degree in journalism and politics. She then worked for ESPN as a correspondent for Longhorn and SEC Networks.
Hartung was hired by CNN in 2017, but then left in 2019 to join ABC News as a correspondent. She spent three years with ABC News before Amazon announced that Hartung would return to sports broadcasting as Thursday Night Football’s sideline reporter in July 2022.
In January 2023, Hartung joined NBC News as a national correspondent for The Today Show.
Peter Schrager
The final member of the NFL Network 2024 NFL Draft commentators team got his start when he auditioned for ESPN’s “Dream Job” reality show, but would end up writing for the website instead.
Schrager now hosts the Emmy Award-winning “Good Morning Football” alongside Kyle Brandt, Jamie Erdahl, and Jason McCourty.
