Dominick Puni will look to hear his name called in the 2024 NFL Draft as he is part of a special offensive line class.
Puni started his career at Central Missouri from 2018-21 but then ended his career at Kansas.
Even in a stacked offensive line class, Puni figures to get selected at some point during the NFL Draft weekend.
How Tall Is Dominick Puni?
Puni stands just over 6’5”, which has him in the 84th percentile when it comes to offensive linemen.
That is a big advantage for him as he has tremendous height that will allow him to stand tall against the pass rush.
Puni’s arm length of 33 3/8″ (52nd percentile) and wingspan of 81 1/8″ (74th percentile) are each above average as well for his position.
How Much Does Puni Weigh?
Puni weighs in at 313 pounds, which puts him in the 51st percentile.
At his size, however, he has above-average athleticism with a broad jump of 107” (78th percentile) and a vertical jump of 30” (76th percentile).
How Old Is Puni?
Puni was born Feb. 24, 2000, in St. Charles, Mo., making him one of the older prospects in the 2024 NFL Draft at 24 years old.
As a 24-year-old rookie, Puni’s age could make him less appealing to NFL teams compared to younger prospects on the offensive line, as the perception is they might have more untapped upside.
What College Did Puni Go To?
Puni started his collegiate career at Central Missouri in 2018. He was there for a total of four seasons, playing most in his first two years there.
In 2020, his season was canceled because of COVID-19, and then he was injured and played in only one game in 2021.
Puni then spent the rest of his college career at Kansas, where he played two seasons.
Revisiting Puni’s College Career
After not being recruited by premier programs, Puni chose Central Missouri to begin his college career.
He played two seasons there, playing in seven games his freshman year. His second season was a breakout year as Puni started 13 games and was named an honorable mention all-conference player in 2019.

Puni started to emerge as a legitimate NFL Draft prospect once he transferred to Kansas in 2022, however, and his breakout campaign came last season.
In 2023, Puni allowed zero sacks and zero quarterback hits in 342 pass-blocking snaps. His impressive season earned him first-team All-Big 12 honors and helped lead Kansas to a top-10 finish in the country in rushing.
Puni’s Potential in the NFL
The fact that Puni is being talked about as highly as he is right now speaks volumes about his development as a player.
Puni wasn’t a guy every single blue-blood football team was recruiting. He started at a Division II school and then ended up being a great player in the Big 12.
Pro Football Network draft analyst Ian Cummings says Puni has some attributes that make him appealing to teams.

“With his near-elite mobility, range, physicality, and power, Puni can be weaponized in the run game as a pulling and space blocker,” Cummings said. “He also has the angle IQ to execute front-side reach blocks.”
“The versatility he has shown makes him very appealing to teams, as he was even taking center snaps during his time at the Senior Bowl.
“Puni profiles as a five-position versatile lineman immediately in the NFL,” Cummings said. “He’ll have utility as a quality depth piece as a rookie, but he should also be able to function as a competent starter at guard early in his career. And with more development, he can grow to become a scheme-diverse impact starter.”
