A Look at Graham Barton’s Parents
Barton was born on June 1, 2002, in Brentwood, Tenn. His parents are Philip and Heather Barton. The offensive lineman was listed as the No. 14 offensive guard in 2020, and the No. 10 prospect in the state of Tennessee.
Barton was a three-star recruit before committing to play for Duke over Michigan State and Tennessee.

Philip married Heather in 1996 and worked at Schneider Electric for over 30 years in various jobs, including Director of Federal Energy Solutions, Program Director, and Sr. Director of NA Microgrid, Tennessee.
Since his retirement, Philip has been working as an independent consultant in microgrids, on-site power, and cybersecurity for Soundmind Network Solutions, a company founded by his brother, Jon.
Throughout his life, Philip has been very supportive of Graham’s football journey and has tried to help every step of the way. At the very least, Graham is entering the NFL with a strong family background behind him.

Graham’s mother is from an illustrious family dating back to New York. She worked as the public relations manager for Meeting Professionals International before her marriage to Philip.
Heather was a part of the Lewisohn family in New York. Her father — Graham’s grandfather — was a managing director at Burnham Securities, and her grandfather worked under New York City Mayor John V. Lindsay.

Heather and her husband may be excited about the future of Graham’s football career, but he has been focused solely on playing the game and preparing to be ready for the NFL level.
“No offense, but [it means] nothing,” Barton said to Pro Football Focus. “That’s great for my parents and friends. For me, I’m a process guy. That’s what all the greats say. It’s about your process. It’s about your day-to-day habits to try and become a better player.
“So, I try to not worry about the results and next April. That kind of building process and day-by-day, that’s kind of my mindset. Hopefully, if I follow that well and find some success doing that, that’ll lead to some of the things you mentioned earlier.”
Does Barton Have Any Siblings?
Barton does have one sister, Anna, who graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2022.
