Taylor Swift, the pop sensation with a knack for real estate, is no stranger to high-profile homes. Swift’s primary residence is Tribeca, New York City, where she spends more of her time, but she has a collection of properties. The better question might be where does Swift not live? The popular musician has more than half a dozen properties scattered throughout the continental United States.
We know she’ll fly from halfway around the world to watch her man, Travis Kelce. But how close is she ordinarily to Arrowhead Stadium?
Where Does Superstar Taylor Swift Call Home?
Swift’s journey into real estate began in Nashville, where she bought a 3,240-square-foot condo at The Adelicia in 2009. The Nashville condo is 550+ miles from Arrowhead Stadium, and it’s the closest property to Kansas City Chiefs football.
Just two years later, she invested in the Northumberland Estate, a sprawling 5,000-square-foot property complete with a recording studio — a fitting tribute to her burgeoning music career. You can take a look at the interior here via Business Insider.
She made waves in 2014 when she purchased two penthouse places next door at 155 Franklin Street. This 3,540-square-foot addition elevated the total value of her Tribeca holdings to a staggering $45 million. Unfortunately, the distance between Swift’s luxurious NYC homes and the iconic football venue is substantial. At around 1,100 miles, it’s a cross-country trek from Manhattan to Kansas City.
According to the New York Post, Swift’s horde of homes are worth upwards of $80 million collectively. She has several properties in New York City, all of which demonstrate her apparent proclivity for high ceilings and ornate, classical decorations.
Swift’s various homes in the Big Apple come replete with all the amenities you’d expect, including a gym, indoor swimming pool, a personal spa, and more. Most of these properties seem to feature half a dozen bedrooms/bathrooms as well.
Swift also has a more secluded home in Westerly, Rhode Island, for when she wants a respite from the limelight. This massive estate spans 12,000 square feet and has eight bedrooms. Swift reportedly paid straight cash (homie) for the gorgeous $17.75 million beachfront property.

Additionally, Swift’s Hollywood home was previously owned by acclaimed film producer Samuel Goldwyn. You can take the virtual tour here (via HGTV). The Beverly Hills property — a 10,982-square-foot big property that she purchased in 2015 — is the farthest from Arrowhead.
