The contract also included performance-based incentives that could have added up to $3 million to the deal. He has earned $1,000,000 in incentives, bringing the value of his deal up to $16,000,000.
The cap hit for the contract, according to Spotrac, is $4,932,000, but there is a potential dead cap hit of $15 million.
As mentioned, it is a one-year contract, making Beckham Jr. an unrestricted free agent after this season.
