Deebo Samuel’s $3.5 Million Mansion
After a terrific college career at South Carolina, Samuel was drafted in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft by the Niners. As a rookie, Samuel inked a four-year, $7.2 million contract that was fully guaranteed.
Then, Samuel’s big payday came in 2022. At 26 years old, he signed a three-year, $71.5 million deal with $58.1 million guaranteed and a $24 million signing bonus.
Entering the 2024 season, Samuel has career earnings of $42,659,471, and an estimated net worth of approximately $10 million.
Following his major contract extension in 2022, Samuel bought his mansion in Morgan Hill, California. The 5,275-square-foot house has five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and it’s on a 0.91-acre lot. Samuel paid $3.5 million for the home.
The home includes a four-car garage, billiard room, and office. The contemporary-style house has a modern design. It has a formal living room and dining room with a butler’s pantry. The kitchen features a large island, a second sink, and leather finish granite. There’s also a large open family room with a fireplace.
Outside the house, the large backyard features a saltwater pool that has a waterfall and retractable cover. There are also plantation shutters and plenty of security.
Samuel’s home is located inside a highly sought-after neighborhood in Morgan Hill, which is in the southern part of Santa Clara County. The views from Samuel’s house are beautiful.

Last season, Samuel recorded 60 receptions, 892 receiving yards, seven receiving touchdowns, 225 rushing yards, and five rushing touchdowns in 15 games, helping the Niners advance to the Super Bowl.
