Week 15 of football is almost officially in the books, and it’s time to look ahead for our fantasy football leagues. The IDP report will provide an early look at several waiver wire priorities of varying league sizes, along with preliminary Week 16 IDP rankings.
Since all leagues are different sizes and have IDP requirements, the weekly rankings might be more beneficial than the waiver list. If you have any specific questions, hop into our Discord and ask a question! We hope the waivers go in your favor.
Top Week 16 IDP Waiver Wire Pickups
Jonathan Greenard, DE, Houston Texans
Jonathan Greenard is on an absolute heater right now for the Houston Texans. Over the last three games, Greenard has 5.5 sacks. He has also hit four or more tackles in each of those three games. The defensive end has massive weekly upside, as shown by the four games of 2+ sacks and 5+ tackles, including two straight in the last two games.
Christian Barmore, DT, New England Patriots
Christian Barmore might finally be starting to show the IDP upside many expected when he entered the NFL. He’s hit five or more tackles in five of his last nine games. He also hit 5.5 sacks in 2023 so far, easily a new career high. That leaves three more games to add, and he’s gotten 2.5 sacks in his last four games.
Khaleke Hudson, LB, Washington Commanders
Week 15 saw Khaleke Hudson get his first start of 2023, with Jamin Davis going onto injured reserve. It went well for Hudson, who totaled 14 tackles in his first start of the year, easily a new high for the young LB.

His next two matchups are the New York Jets and San Francisco 49ers, two teams who will look to run the ball, setting Hudson up for more tackle opportunities.
Damone Clark, LB, Dallas Cowboys
Damone Clark and Markquese Bell are a frustrating IDP LB combination for managers. They’ve kind of alternated weeks, but Clark appears to be taking the top role (again). Clark has gone from a 71% snap share to 93% in the last three weeks. He just hit 11 tackles for the second time and has eclipsed eight in all four games in which he’s played at least 90% of snaps in this year.
Jartavius Martin, CB, Washington Commanders
Speaking of snaps, Jartavius Martin just played on every one of the Commanders’ defensive snaps for the first time in his rookie season. All he did with the playing time was total 10 tackles, including a sack, while primarily playing the slot CB role.
The most interesting part for IDP managers? Just three of his 75 snaps were at free safety, so his role is absolute fire for DB-required IDP squads.
Desmond King, CB, Houston Texans
Speaking of slot CBs, Desmond King is the primary slot CB for the Texans, with Tavierre Thomas out now. He produces for IDP managers when he plays, too, as he’s played on 70% of snaps in just two games this year. In those games, he’s posted lines of nine and 11 tackles.
This week, the Texans play the Cleveland Browns, leading to another potentially strong tackle outing.

Top IDP Players To Start in Week 16
Myles Garrett, DE, Cleveland Browns
I’m here to say, do not bench your elite players like Myles Garrett in the fantasy playoffs. Look, it sucks Garrett has six tackles and no sacks over the last four games, and it’s likely hurting your squad. How many players have five-tackle, 3.5-sack, forced-fumble upside though? That was Garrett’s line way back in Week 3, but the Texans aren’t a scary DE matchup.
Elandon Roberts, LB, Pittsburgh Steelers
Elandon Roberts was back to his strong IDP ways in Week 15, as he totaled nine tackles against the Colts. That puts him to an even 30 total tackles in his three 100% snap-share games, which is where you have to project him against the Bengals in Week 16. Roberts is a smash-start second LB for any IDP fantasy lineup.
