With the NFL playoffs quickly approaching, we have a clearer picture of which teams need to address certain positions. This 2024 NFL Mock Draft sees the top three quarterbacks taken early, adjusting everyone else’s plans accordingly.
2024 NFL Mock Draft
1) Chicago Bears: Caleb Williams, QB, USC
Sometimes, it’s best to move on, and the Chicago Bears take that route in this 2024 NFL Mock Draft. The struggles offensively have continued, and it’s time to go in a different direction at quarterback.
Caleb Williams puts a jolt into the Bears fanbase just with his arrival. An electric dual threat, Williams can create something out of nothing frequently. Given that it might be an uphill battle when he gets to Chicago, that part of his game will help bail him out of jams until the offense can improve.
2) New England Patriots: Drake Maye, QB, North Carolina
It feels like changes are coming to the Patriots organization, but drafting a quarterback remains their top priority regardless of the coaching staff.
Drake Maye has the arm talent to make a number of throws, and he’s proven that he can do it under pressure too. With the Patriots offense going through a rebuild, he’ll be a great fit for this organization.
3) Arizona Cardinals: Marvin Harrison Jr., WR, Ohio State
With the top two options off the board at quarterback, Arizona turns their attention elsewhere in this 2024 NFL Mock Draft. Maybe they stick with Kyler Murray too, so drafting Marvin Harrison Jr. could be their top priority.
Regardless of who plays quarterback for the Cardinals, someone needs to catch their passes. Harrison gives Arizona a big-time playmaker who’s been a nightmare for college cornerbacks for his entire career. A team in need of a true WR1 gets the top pass catcher in this class, and the offense already looks better.
4) Washington Commanders: Joe Alt, OT, Notre Dame
Sam Howell may or may not be the answer at quarterback, but if the Commanders stick with him, they need to ensure that he’s the long-term option by keeping him healthy. There aren’t many better ways to do that than drafting a massive tackle.
Joe Alt brings great size and an elite pass-blocking skill set to the Washington offense, and Howell should thrive knowing Alt is protecting him.
5) Chicago Bears: Dallas Turner, EDGE, Alabama
With the quarterback situation addressed, Chicago turns to the defense. Fans might be looking for someone to recreate the Khalil Mack days, and that’s probably what everyone will talk about when they take Dallas Turner.
Turner is a bully on the edge, playing the game with an unmatched tenacity. He brings good power to the position, and he’s developing an arsenal of pass-rush moves that will help him elevate the Bears’ defense.
6) New York Giants: Rome Odunze, WR, Washington
If Jalin Hyatt and Wan’Dale Robinson are the future of the Giants’ offense, then adding Rome Odunze only makes this unit better. Assuming New York is happy with their quarterback situation (for now, at least), they can add playmakers at the skill positions.
Odunze comes in at 6’3″ and 215 pounds, but it’s not just his size that stands out. He has quick feet for a bigger receiver, and that’s a big reason he’s been able to create separation. He’d be the perfect complement to Hyatt and Robinson, and the Giants passing attack can take a big step forward with this addition.
7) New York Jets: Keon Coleman, WR, Florida State
The frustration grows as the Jets were eliminated from playoff contention, and we saw guys like Garrett Wilson express their displeasure this weekend. A lack of stability at quarterback combined with an absence of a reliable second option out wide made for a tough year. Luckily, the Jets have some answers heading into 2024.
We’ll see how healthy Aaron Rodgers is if he’s truly playing this weekend. Regardless, his return next year gives Wilson and the passing attack stability. Throw in the addition of Keon Coleman, and now the Jets have something to be excited about for next year. Coleman and Wilson are freaks athletically, and that makes the Jets aerial attack lethal.
8) Los Angeles Chargers: Terrion Arnold, CB, Alabama
It’s tough to see the Chargers take anything but a corner here. A pass defense that struggled mightily this year needs an upgrade and an attitude adjustment. They get that in Terrion Arnold.
While he’s still fine-tuning parts of his game, Arnold is an aggressive playmaker who can help Los Angeles transform that unit in 2024.
9) Tennessee Titans: JC Latham, OT, Alabama
Tennessee needs help on the offensive line, so it wouldn’t be a surprise to see them draft a versatile lineman. Enter JC Latham, a tackle for Alabama who’s moved along the line in his time with the Tide.
He brings great size at 6’6″ and 360 pounds, but he also gives the Titans depth with his ability to play multiple positions.
10) Atlanta Falcons: Jayden Daniels, QB, LSU
With Atlanta sending Desmond Ridder to the bench, the future of the offense will come from the draft. Jayden Daniels shocked everyone with a career year in 2023, and now he’s one of the best quarterback prospects in this class.
Daniels entered the first-round conversation by becoming a more polished passer. He also led LSU in rushing the last two years, and now he brings that skillset to the Falcons offense. The pairing of Daniels and running back Bijan Robinson should infuse plenty of hype into this fanbase, and it’ll feel like they got their guy with the reigning Heisman Trophy winner.
11) Green Bay Packers: Olumuyiwa Fashanu, OT, Penn State
Jordan Love has plenty of potential, but he needs more time in the pocket to go through his progressions. Olu Fashanu should help in that regard. He’s an athletic big man who’s still developing as a tackle, but the upside is very obvious on film. He gives Love a reliable pass blocker who can help the Packers’ offense get better as a whole.
12) Las Vegas Raiders: Kool-Aid McKinstry, CB, Alabama
If the Raiders don’t want to move up to get a quarterback, they’ll have to look elsewhere if they stay at this spot. The Raiders have swung and missed on a couple cornerback prospects recently, but they fix those woes in this 2024 NFL Mock Draft.
Kool-Aid McKinstry gives Las Vegas a calm player who can dominate. The spotlight is never too big for him, and his ability to shut down opposing receivers makes him a highly coveted prospect. He could go even higher in this draft, making this a great pick for the Raiders if he drops to them.
13) New Orleans Saints: Amarius Mims, OT, Georgia
New Orleans could be in the market for a quarterback, but not at this spot with the top three options off the board. Instead, they’ll build around Derek Carr for another season. Adding an instant-impact player in the trenches is a great start.

We saw Amarius Mims‘ impact on a talented Georgia Bulldogs team this year, but mostly when he went down with injuries. The offensive line went through him, and we saw the unit take a step back when he was out. He’s a big-time player with tremendous talent, and he’ll help the Saints offense as long as he’s healthy.
14) Denver Broncos: Laiatu Latu, EDGE, UCLA
Denver looks to recreate the Von Miller days in this 2024 NFL Mock Draft by taking Laiatu Latu. We saw the UCLA star take a huge step forward this year, and his performance down the stretch solidified him as a first-round prospect. He brings good length and size to the edge of the defense, and his energy should fit well with the Broncos.
15) Seattle Seahawks: Jared Verse, EDGE, Florida State
Jared Verse feels like a great fit in Seattle. From his skill set to his leadership, Verse shouldn’t have trouble fitting in with the Seahawks’ defense. He brings good size to the edge, but he’s an explosive player who can get into the backfield in a hurry.
16) Pittsburgh Steelers: Taliese Fuaga, OT, Oregon State
Pittsburgh returns an offense full of potential in 2024, but they’re missing a few key pieces. Protecting the quarterback will be a priority in the offseason, and the Steelers address that concern in this 2024 NFL Mock Draft.
Taliese Fuaga brings good play strength to Pittsburgh, and he’ll be a solid addition to this offensive line. He’s a tough player with good feet and a strong anchor, something that will help him thwart the efforts of pass rushers at the next level.
17) Arizona Cardinals: Nate Wiggins, CB, Clemson
Not only do the Cardinals need help moving the ball through the air, but they also need help slowing down the opposing passing attack too. In this 2024 NFL Mock Draft, Arizona creates some potentially great practice battles between Marvin Harrison Jr. and Nate Wiggins.
Wiggins is a multi-year starter for the Clemson Tigers, and he’s used to being thrown into the fire. He’s a fierce competitor who’s grown into a first-round pick, so there shouldn’t be concerns about his ability to compete early in his career.
18) Buffalo Bills: Malik Nabers, WR, LSU
Buffalo needs a cheaper and younger player to add to their receiver room, and they’re lucky that Malik Nabers falls to them. He’s electric with the football in his hands, and the Bills should find ways to get him the ball in space. With Stefon Diggs commanding most of the attention, Nabers should see plenty of favorable matchups at the next level.
19) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Brock Bowers, TE, Georgia
Assuming Baker Mayfield is the answer for Tampa Bay’s quarterback situation, the Bucs can look elsewhere in the draft. Brock Bowers gives them a Swiss Army Knife to utilize at multiple spots, and adds to a passing attack that has explosive players everywhere.
Georgia utilized Bowers at multiple different positions, giving the Bucs a preview of his abilities. From blocking to pass catching to running the ball out of the backfield, Bowers is a major impact player that helps the Bucs offense right away.
20) Minnesota Vikings: Chop Robinson, EDGE, Penn State
With Danielle Hunter hitting free agency in the offseason, the Vikings are looking for his replacement. They took a chance on a raw but young player in Hunter and it paid off in the end. Minnesota can’t afford to bring him back, so they look for another player that can fill his shoes.

Chop Robinson brings a similar skillset to Hunter’s, and his explosiveness will be tough to pass. Pair that with long arms, and Robinson could be one of the most dangerous pass rushers in the league. Brian Flores should love his new weapon on defense, and Robinson gets a chance to become a more well-rounded defensive end too.
21) Los Angeles Rams: Kingsley Suamataia, OT, BYU
Kingsley Suamataia should be a first-round pick, otherwise someone’s getting a steal in this draft. He brings a huge frame to the NFL, and he’s shown that he can operate well even when those around him aren’t. His play this year showcased that he can dominate his job, and now it’s up to the Rams to ensure the players around him meet or exceed his play.
22) Indianapolis Colts: Xavier Legette, WR, South Carolina
Indianapolis already has a unicorn physically at quarterback, so why not add another one at wide receiver? Anthony Richardson will love the potential of Xavier Legette in this offense.
At 6’3″ and 227 pounds, Legette is a big target who came on strong in 2023 for South Carolina. Throw in the rumors that he might run a 4.3-second 40-yard dash, and the Colts have a monster out wide for their young franchise quarterback.
23) Jacksonville Jaguars: Troy Franklin, WR, Oregon
With Troy Franklin finally declaring for the draft, it will be interesting to see where he lands. While he’s not the biggest receiver, he’s shown good footwork to create separation. He was Oregon’s go-to player when they needed a big play, and he can do the same for the Jaguars.
The pairing of Franklin with Calvin Ridley helps Franklin’s future. He’s already a solid route runner, but he can learn more of the nuances of route running from one of the best. Catching from Trevor Lawrence is also an added bonus.
24) Cincinnati Bengals: Ladd McConkey, WR, Georgia
Cincinnati is managing just fine without Joe Burrow, but they still miss him. Fortunately, they can look at helping him out when he returns in 2024. The Bengals need a wide receiver, and they find their guy in Georgia’s Ladd McConkey.
McConkey continues to fly under the radar in college football, but he was the Bulldogs’ most reliable pass catcher this year. When healthy, he’s an efficient route runner capable of creating space against anyone. He understands spacing and how to attack zones too, so the Bengals get an underrated playmaker by taking him here.
25) Kansas City Chiefs: Xavier Worthy, WR, Texas
Patrick Mahomes isn’t the biggest fan of Kadarius Toney, and the drama over the last two weeks might carry over into the offseason. Kansas City’s offense still needs a big-time weapon, and they’re getting one with Xavier Worthy.
Explosiveness is almost an understatement when talking about Worthy. While he’s not the biggest receiver, he cooks anyone in his way with his speed. He’ll need to put some weight on his frame if he’s going to line up against press, but his quickness and long speed make him a nightmare to cover.
26) Houston Texans: Adonai Mitchell, WR, Texas
Worthy’s teammate, Adonai Mitchell, continues to make big plays for the Longhorns. Mitchell shines brightest when the moment is the biggest, and the Texans love that about him in this 2024 NFL Mock Draft. They have a good core of pass catchers already for C.J. Stroud, and now they add another big-time threat that can stretch the field vertically.
27) Detroit Lions: Denzel Burke, CB, Ohio State
Detroit’s defense is full of high-energy players with exciting potential, but the secondary could use a little help. After trading Jeff Okudah, it became obvious that they’d need a young corner. They take another Buckeye in Denzel Burke.
Burke has been on a roller coaster over the last few years, but he appeared level things out in 2023. He was Ohio State’s shutdown corner all year, and it might have been enough to get him to the first round of the draft.
28) Philadelphia Eagles: Kalen King, CB, Penn State
It’s weird seeing the Eagles “struggle” this much (they’re still 10-4, despite their frustrations). Three straight losses bumped them all the way down to fifth in the NFC, but they should be fine. They’re seeing that their secondary needs some help, and they address that in this 2024 NFL Mock Draft.
Kalen King didn’t get many opportunities this year to face NFL competition, but he shined when he did. Against Ohio State’s Marvin Harrison Jr., King showed why he was a potential first round pick by keeping Harrison largely in check.
29) Miami Dolphins: Jordan Morgan, OT, Arizona
A trendy first-round pick as of late, Jordan Morgan deserves a lot of credit for Arizona’s breakthrough season. The offense took a step forward this year thanks to a quarterback change, but Morgan and the offensive line stepped up too. He’ll go from one explosive offense to another, as the Dolphins are one of the toughest teams to stop in the league right now.
30) Dallas Cowboys: Patrick Paul, OT, Houston
Over the past few years, Dallas has produced a tough offensive line with a nasty streak. If they want that to continue, then drafting Patrick Paul would be perfect. Paul is a big player with good length and a fiery attitude when it comes to blocking. Dallas will need to rein in his desire to block past the whistle, but he has all of the tools to be a good pro.
31) San Francisco 49ers: Tyler Nubin, S, Minnesota
While Minnesota hasn’t had the best season, Tyler Nubin gave them a bright spot. A natural playmaker when the ball is in the air, Nubin came through in a number of big moments for the Gophers. San Francisco is looking to add to a good defense, and Nubin’s abilities should fit well on an extremely talented unit.
32) Baltimore Ravens: Ja’Lynn Polk, WR, Washington
Baltimore found some solutions at wide receiver this year, but they’re still looking for long-term players. Zay Flowers could be special, and a guy like Ja’Lynn Polk could pair up with him to give the Ravens an elite tandem. Polk is a big-frame receiver who can take the top off the defense, and that’s a perfect complement to Flowers.
