If you’ve made it this far as a TE streamer, tip of the cap to you! This strategy requires some creativity, but if you’re still fighting for a fantasy football title, the odds are that you’ve gotten good at it!
Here is a trio of tight ends to consider when looking ahead to your Week 16 starting lineup. There is risk involved across the board, though there are some positive trends to give you some confidence.
Top TE Streamers for Week 16
Tucker Kraft, Green Bay Packers (at Panthers)
The third-round rookie has been making his impact felt in this developing Packers passing game, and the Panthers aren’t exactly the type of defense that figures to slow that momentum.
Kraft has a 25+ yard catch in three of his past five games and has scored in two of four contests. This is a young offense that lacks a true target earner, thus leaving the door open for Kraft to see a handful of opportunities against arguably the worst team in the NFL.
Jordan Love may not inspire great amounts of confidence given his lack of consistency, but you’re going to notice that all of the TE streamers come with significant downside under center.
Don’t believe me? Keep reading. The QB situations aren’t pretty.
Hunter Henry, New England Patriots (at Broncos)
One week after scoring twice against the Steelers, Henry set season highs in both catches and targets against the Chiefs. It should go without saying that betting on this Patriots offense isn’t for the faint of heart, but with the Broncos owning a bottom-10 opponent aDOT, Henry could post another impressive target share this week.

The floor is low due to the lack of projectable yardage (this was his first 60-yard game in over a calendar year), but you could say that about most TE streamers. If you’re forced to speculate at the position, the matchup and form of Henry make for a reasonable gamble.
Gerald Everett, Los Angeles Chargers (vs. Bills)
In a perfect world, very little of your holiday week is spent watching the Chargers’ offense under Easton Stick, but that doesn’t mean you can squeeze out some TE production from this unit.
It may not seem like much, but Everett has cleared 8.0 PPR fantasy points in all five games since returning to action in Week 12, and considering that he has seen a season-high eight targets in consecutive weeks, the volume supports the elevated floor that he’s given us of late.
The ceiling is certainly limited, and the floor isn’t pretty. Still, at this range in the ranks, anything north of a five-target projection is appealing, and that’s what I have for Everett in another game in which the Bolts figure to be playing from behind in.
