Who Did the Ravens Draft in 2024?
Nate Wiggins, CB, Round 1, Pick 30
A defensive reinforcement is coming to the AFC runner-ups. Nate Wiggins became the pick at 30th overall.
Before the draft, many analysts believed the Ravens would add a wide receiver in the first round. Instead, the speedy CB known for running a 4.28 time in the 40-yard dash heads to Baltimore.

The Ravens now make it two years in a row they drafted a Clemson Tiger. Linebacker Trenton Simpson went 86th overall during the third round of last year’s draft. Wiggins, however, fills a pivotal need at CB.

PFN’s Ian Cummings said Wiggins comes with “premier speed and playmaking ability” to the league. He adds that Wiggins comes with plenty of promise ahead of his NFL career.
“Wiggins is a young and promising CB who has all of the tools to be a productive and multidisciplined cover man at the next level. At around 6’2″, 182 pounds, he’s a lean athlete with an enthralling mix of quickness, elite closing speed, fluidity, and ball skills,” Cummings said.
Roger Rosengarten, OT, Round 2, Pick 62
After securing a top-tier CB in Round 1, the Ravens come back around in the second night and get themselves help upfront with the selection of Roger Rosengarten.
The former Washington Husky is a big, physically imposing OL who can come in and keep Lamar Jackson upright in the passing game while helping be a mauler in the running game.

According to Cummings, “Roger Rosengarten grades out as a top-75 prospect in the 2024 NFL Draft and one of the best natural right tackles behind the top group of Taliese Fuaga, JC Latham, and Tyler Guyton. He’s worthy of early-to-mid Day 2 consideration and could be a surprise Round 1 pick after testing.”
“In a class filled with rare athletes at OT, Rosengarten is near the top of the list. He’s an effortlessly explosive mover with hyperactive short-area burst and energy, bristling foot speed, and hyper-elite flexibility and recovery capacity.”
Adisa Isaac, EDGE, Round 3, Pick 93
The Ravens get tremendous value late in the third round with the selection of Penn State’s Adisa Isaac. The Nittany Lion EDGE rusher is a unique prospect that Cummings believed could have gone much earlier than he did.

“The tape alone serves as a compelling argument for teams to take Isaac early in the 2024 NFL Draft. But once you hear his story, and what he’s had to work through to get to this point, it’ll only make that feeling stronger.”
Devontez Walker, WR, Round 4, Pick 113
Baltimore gets Lamar Jackson another offensive weapon with the selection of Tez Walker. Walker is an intriguing offensive weapon that the Ravens may be able to max out for years to come.

Cummings says, “Walker has an elite three-trait foundation that elevates his grade: His speed, explosiveness, and high-level catching instincts on the vertical plane, to go along with excellent size at 6’2 1/2″ and 200 pounds.”
T.J. Tampa, CB, Round 4, Pick 130
Baltimore got a CB in Round 1 with Wiggins, and circle back around in Round 4 to grab another one in T.J. Tampa. The Ravens were looking to bolster their secondary and look to have done just that.

According to Cummings, “Tampa grades out as a top-64 prospect in the 2024 NFL Draft. On my board, he’s a top-10 CB prospect in the class, worthy of early-to-mid Day 2 capital. With his high-end physical talent, playmaking ability, and physicality in support, Tampa can adequately meet several schematic demands.”
Rasheen Ali, RB, Round 5, Pick 165
Ravens have done a lot to upgrade their offense this offseason, including adding Derrick Henry. They have now added another back to complement the running game.

Cummings says, “Ali projects as a quality fit in zone-heavy schemes with his slashing style. His acceleration, vision, and flashes of home run speed could contribute to an NFL backfield in a complementary role early in his career. His natural hands as a pass catcher mean he is capable of contributing on a serviceable level to an NFL passing game.”
Devin Leary, QB, Round 6, Pick 218
The Ravens add a new QB to backup Lamar Jackson with the drafting of Devin Leary.
KEEP READING: Devin Leary’s Scouting Report
Cummings says, “Leary grades out as an undrafted free agent QB prospect in the 2024 NFL Draft and should generate interest as a priority free agent (PFA) if he isn’t selected. Though Leary’s late-career tape wasn’t as strong as his work in 2021, there’s upside to be unearthed if an NFL team can get him back to form.”
Nick Samac, C, Round 7, Pick 228
With their second to last pick the Ravens add an OL from Michigan State to strengthen their depth at an important position. Samac will come in and try to compete for a backup role on a good Ravens team that depends on their OL to be strong.
Sanoussi Kane, S, Round 7, Pick 250
With the final pick of their 2024 NFL Draft, the Ravens bolstered their special teams and defensive backfield by adding Sanoussi Kane out of Purdue.
