The Chicago Bears vs. the Minnesota Vikings features two underrated defenses, and it’s being played on Monday Night Football, which means the prime-time unders trend is most certainly in effect. But that doesn’t mean we won’t see any points in this matchup, so what are the best touchdown scorer bets?
Bears vs. Vikings Touchdown Scorer Bets
T.J. Hockenson (+155 at FanDuel)
Katz: We narrowly missed on a T.J. Hockenson anytime touchdown last week. The betting odds were far better at +295, though. So, it was really unfortunate to not be able to take advantage of a bad line. While this line is much shorter, it’s also more in line with what it should be.

Hockenson has been Joshua Dobbs’ primary target since the Vikings acquired him from the Arizona Cardinals. Despite 75 catches for 736 yards on the season, Hockenson has just four touchdowns. The math says he should have at least two more. Let’s chase regression here against a Bears defense allowing the fifth-most touchdowns per game to tight ends.
DJ Moore (+185 at FanDuel)
Soppe: DJ Moore has a 34.3% target share in Justin Fields’ past four fully healthy games, with four red-zone targets over that stretch. We’re talking about a clear-cut WR1 (39.9% of Chicago’s receiving yards this season) in an underdog role against a blitz-heavy defense that encourages first-read passes. Happy to take my chances!
Joshua Dobbs (+195 at FanDuel)
Bearman: Even with a late loss last week against the Denver Broncos, I’m still going to ride with the Dobbs magic, who has a rushing touchdown in five straight games. The Vikings’ playoff hopes are very much alive, and Dobbs and his mobility are a big reason why.
Jordan Addison (+240 at ESPN BET)
Blewis: The odds for Jordan Addison to score a touchdown at ESPN BET are much longer than at the other sportsbooks. At DraftKings, his odds are +175, which is a drastic difference from the +240 price that ESPN BET is offering.
Addison could be due for some touchdown regression considering he was fifth in red-zone targets from Weeks 8-11 but scored just one touchdown during that stretch. Since being traded to the Vikings, Dobbs has yet to connect with Addison in the end zone — maybe this is the week?
