The Dallas Cowboys took home another dominant win over the Giants at home Sunday. In the 49-17 win, there were many successes for the team as quarterback Dak Prescott played phenomenally.
Outgaining the Giants 640 to 172, the Cowboys cruised to the win as Prescott was seemingly unstoppable.
Jerry Jones Proud of Cowboys’ Week 10 Performance
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones expressed his satisfaction with the way things went for the Cowboys in Week 10. There were periods of the game where things were going so smoothly that Prescott was able to sit back and have fun, whether it was hitting CeeDee Lamb for impressive catches or tossing passes to give Brandin Cooks a career day.

“That’s hard to do, to have those kinds of games,” Jones said postgame. “I’m really proud of them. I’m proud of the way the journey’s been, and this will be good for us to have a win like this.”
Prescott completed 74.3% of his passes for 404 yards, four touchdowns, and an interception in the win.
“Our quarterback is playing at a level that allows us to really do what Mike [McCarthy] wants to do, what [Brian] Schottenheimer wants to do,” Jones said. “And I think you’re seeing the result of a lot of practice, a lot of reps, seeing the result of a lot of guys figuring it out with each other.”
The 640 yards of total offense is the second most in team history. In 1966, the Cowboys gained 652 in a game against the Eagles.
“When I look at how it was done, it involved certainly Dak, but it involved a lot of other players as well,” Jones said. “I think you got to give Kudos to that offensive line protection, blocking, all of those kinds of things. Very, very, very impressive. Especially because you came in with a certain expectation.”
Lamb has been on fire for the last several weeks, as he’s put up 117 yards or more in the last four games. Against the Giants, he brought in 11 receptions for 151 yards and a touchdown.

The receiver became the first player in the NFL’s Super Bowl era to record at least 10 receptions and 150 yards in three straight games.
“I think it speaks everything to his perseverance and his focus,” Jones said. “He’s a better player than he was last year, a better player than he was the year before. He’s got great ability, got some attributes that you can’t coach, but then he’s really improved on all of them.”
Dallas extended its home win streak to 12, their longest winning run at home since the team posted 18 straight victories from 1979-81. The Cowboys have won all four of their home games so far this season by over 20 points.
“I‘ve never in my years in the NFL been a part of that kind of run at home, and that is inordinate for the NFL,” Jones said. “I think it says everything about the energy you get, fans, all the things that you have when you get to play at home … That’s just gives us a lot of promise. I don’t want to put the lid on our fans’ enthusiasm about this team.”
