Fantasy TE Streamers and Rankings Week 11: Trey McBride and Luke Musgrave Headline TE Options

Finding TE streamers can be difficult, and this week is no different. That said, Trey McBride and Luke Musgrave have access to short-term fantasy upside!

Even on his off week, Travis Kelce steals social media! The tight end position isn’t pretty, but with the elite offenses back in play this weekend, there are a few more TE fantasy football streamers than there were last week. Who can you trust?

Top TE Streamers for Week 11

Trey McBride, Arizona Cardinals (at Texans)

The rookie hauled in three passes in the second drive played with Kyler Murray, and the sheer increase in potential of this offense with their starter back under center makes a talented player like Trey McBride worthy of your time.

The 2021 John Mackey Award winner has plenty of pedigree and is in an offense that lacks a secondary option next to Marquise Brown. The floor is low for all but a few tight ends, and McBride isn’t safe from that.

However, with a path to volume in an upward-trending offense, he’s flirting with the top 12 at the position for the final two months of the season.

Luke Musgrave, Green Bay Packers (vs. Chargers)

The rookie has three splash plays over the past two weeks, and while the overall production hasn’t overwhelmed, the lack of consistent playmakers in this Green Bay offense leaves the door open for Luke Musgrave to be viable for the remainder of the season.

    • Week 11 vs. Chargers
    • Week 12 at Lions
    • Week 13 vs. Chiefs
    • Week 14 at Giants
    • Week 15 vs. Buccaneers
    • Week 16 at Panthers
    • Week 17 at Vikings

To my eye, all of those are either great passing game matchups or spots where the Packers figure to be playing catch up.

Musgrave was missed with an end-zone target on Sunday — he’s not far away from producing top 12 numbers at the position.

Tanner Hudson, Cincinnati Bengals (at Ravens)

The truth of the matter is that most of the even remotely viable tight ends are rostered in the majority of leagues. Tanner Hudson was targeted five times on Joe Burrow’s first six passes against the Texans — usage that was at least interesting.

Obviously, it didn’t hold. Hudson only saw two more targets the rest of the afternoon and finished with 6.3 fantasy points. That said, Hudson did see five targets in Week 9 against the Bills, and with defenses being spread thin against this upward-trending offense, those cheap completions could continue to be there.

I’m just putting his name on your radar. The Bengals have a pair of divisional slugfests on deck, games where a premium will be put on moving the chains. The floor is low, but there is double-digit PPR potential here, even if it’s by way of boring plays.
