Fantasy managers are always looking for a sneaky sleeper they can put in their lineup. With four teams on a bye this week, you might have several empty roster spots to fill in your roster.
Here are some fantasy football sleepers that could help you patch up any Week 10 holes.
Week 10 Fantasy Football Sleepers
Jared Goff, QB, Detroit Lions
Jared Goff has had two disappointing performances, and he is playing on the road, where traditionally, he isn’t as successful.
However, the Lions are taking on the Chargers, which have allowed five QBs to score at least 21 fantasy points in eight games. Goff is currently QB12 on the season and gets back one of his favorite weapons in RB David Montgomery.
The game against the Chargers has the highest over/under total of the week at 48.5, and I expect a shootout. Goff is QB5 in PFN’s Consensus Rankings this week.
Kyler Murray, QB, Arizona Cardinals
Kyler Murray finally takes the field this week against the Atlanta Falcons, and fantasy managers who have been stashing him in their IR spot are excited to see what they have with him.
There will undoubtedly be some rust with a QB that hasn’t played football in 11 months, not to mention some likely apprehension to run on a knee that had undergone such a brutal injury.

Murray has been practicing without a brace, which is good news. He looks stable and ready to go. It can be scary to start Murray right out the gate, but with his rushing baseline, it is always a cheat code in fantasy football. He doesn’t even have to compile that many rushing yards to make him a worthwhile start.
Murray is QB11 in PFN’s Consensus Rankings this week.
Trey McBride, TE, Arizona Cardinals
TE Trey McBride started to find his groove once Zach Ertz went down to injury, and this was with QBs named Josh Dobbs and Clayton Tune.
McBride didn’t have a great Week 9, but no member of the Cardinals offense did. This week, he’ll have the benefit of playing with Murray, who’s shown a tendency to target the TE position heavily in the past.
The most recent example involves Ertz, who averaged 7.6 targets per game from Murray during the nine full games they played together in 2022.
McBride is on his way to becoming a set-it-and-forget-it TE for fantasy rosters, and he is TE11 in our PFN Consensus Rankings.
Irv Smith Jr, TE, Cincinnati Bengals
The Cincinnati Bengals are dealing with a lot of injuries heading into their Week 10 matchup against the Houston Texans.
Wide receiver Tee Higgins is out with a hamstring injury, and Ja’Marr Chase is questionable after coming down hard on his back last week. Chase will test his back before the game on Sunday, and there is hope that he will be able to play. Even if Chase can go, with Higgins out, the targets will have to go somewhere.
TE Irv Smith Jr. had a decent Week 9 against the Buffalo Bills, finishing as TE15 with 26 yards and one TD, and he could see more targets heading his way with Higgins out. The matchup is good for Smith, with the Houston Texans allowing the fourth-most fantasy points to TEs. Smith is TE26 in PFN’s Consensus Rankings.
