How Many Diggs Brothers Play in the NFL? Stefon and Trevon Stars In the League

Many siblings have played in the NFL. However, the Diggs family may have some of the most talented to date. Let's take a closer look.

The NFL has long been viewed as a brotherhood, with players coming together and spending countless hours together with the goal of winning a championship in mind. Oftentimes, players and coaches spend more time with their teammates than their actual families during the season.

Let’s take a closer look at the Diggs family and see how family and football are so closely intertwined.

From the current NFL standings to team depth charts to coverage of every game in the 18-week NFL schedule, we have all the news from around the league to keep you up to speed!

Are Stefon and Trevon the Only Diggs Brothers in the NFL?

There are currently two Diggs brothers in the NFL at this time. The eldest is star wide receiver Stefon Diggs of the Buffalo Bills and Dallas Cowboys star cornerback, Trevon Diggs. The two brothers are very close, with Stefon being four years older and being a real father-like figure in Trevon’s life.

The two are constantly taking every chance they can to be there for one another — whether it is showing support through social media or being at each other’s games when their schedule allows it. The brotherly bond is strong for these two, and beyond that, they are both at the top of their professions, too.

Two of the NFL’s Brightest Stars

Stefon is widely viewed as one of the league’s best wide receivers. He is known for his elite route-running ability and the big plays he has made throughout his career. Stefon’s career started with the Minnesota Vikings and is famously known for the “Minneapolis Miracle.”

Stefon has spent the last few years in Buffalo being Josh Allen’s favorite target and, at 29 years old, is one of the most feared and respected pass catchers in the entire league.

Younger brother Trevon is a star in his own right but is just scratching the surface of his career. Trevon is one of the best ball-hawking cornerbacks in the NFL and is known for his elite ball skills in the secondary.

Trevon just signed a five-year, $97 million extension with the Dallas Cowboys that has secured his future as a cornerstone piece for the defense.

Unfortunately, Trevon tore his ACL in practice heading into Week 3 of the 2023 season and is out for the year. Now, he turns his focus to being ready for the start of next year.
