    Packers Completion Became Much Debated

Caught by NFL analyst Warren Sharp, he pointed out the real time on the clock: 0:00.

Ultimately, Love would score two plays later on a 9-yard quarterback keeper. However, his completion to Reed became highly debatable.

“Under no circumstances should this play have been permitted,” said NFL analyst Benjamin Solak of The Ringer on X.

Another fan bluntly said the play was “illegal.”

Other fans took a photo of the time left in the third before the ball was snapped.

    Was the Play Reviewable?

    Unfortunately, the play wasn’t reviewed.

And, due to the fact the play occurred at the end of the quarter, it became un-reviewable, which sparked numerous fan reactions asking why a play like that can’t be reviewed.

The only difference it made for the Packers, though, was managing to cut the lead to 10 points. The Packers went for two after the Love keeper but fell short.

Detroit went on to respond by putting together a long 15-play, 75-yard drive that ended with the fourth-and-goal decision to pound the ball with David Montgomery, extending the lead to 34-17 in the fourth quarter.

Green Bay still struggled throughout the night against a Lions team that came in riding a three-game winning streak against the Packers. And unfortunately, their best highlight of the evening came in the form of the most controversial and debatable call of the night.
