Los Angeles Rams WR Puka Nacua was arguably the biggest story in all of fantasy football through the first two weeks of action. Despite the record-setting start to his NFL career, Nacua is still dealing with an oblique injury for a third consecutive week. Latest Injury News Surrounding Puka Nacua

After posting 25 receptions for 266 yards through the first two weeks of the season, Nacua came back down to earth with five receptions for 72 yards against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 3 while battling through an oblique injury for a second straight week.

Well, Nacua was estimated to be on the injury report to start the week heading into their matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.

Nacua’s oblique injury first popped up on the Rams’ injury report heading into their Week 2 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.

    Will Nacua Play This Week?

While Nacua has been dealing with this lingering oblique injury for the past couple of weeks, it hasn’t really impacted his snap count yet.

Nacua saw 86% of the snaps in Week 2 and jumped all the way up to 96% in Week 3.

Obviously, it’s not ideal that he is working through any sort of injury, but it has not appeared to have any significant impact on his workload up to this point. As long as he remains a participant in practice in some capacity, he is likely a good bet to see the field against the Colts.

What Does This Mean for Nacua’s Fantasy Ranking?

While his 12.2 fantasy points in PPR formats in Week 3 was a bit disappointing, it is only because you are comparing it to his record-setting production for a rookie to start the season.

Nacua was still very involved in this Rams passing attack. In Week 4, he will be facing off against a Colts secondary that let another pair of rookie wide receivers (Zay Flowers and Tank Dell), who possess plenty of formation versatility and a well-rounded route tree, to catch a minimum of seven passes each.

I have Nacua inside my top 15 in wide receiver rankings for Week 4.
