Should Fantasy Football Managers Trade Tee Higgins?

Higgins has been a mainstay inside the top 30 at the wide receiver position in fantasy football leagues since entering the NFL back in 2020.

However, after a goose egg in Week 1 and just two catches for 29 yards against the Los Angeles Rams on Monday Night Football, Higgins currently is the WR46 in PPR formats.

His eight receptions for 89 yards and two scores in Week 2 against the Baltimore Ravens should still generate some level of trade interest when shopping Higgins in your fantasy league.

Unfortunately, Higgins frustrated fantasy managers by dropping multiple passes from Joe Burrow on MNF, leading to a second rough outing through just three games this fantasy season.

One has to believe better days should be ahead for Higgins, but with a hobbled Burrow and Higgins struggling with his efficiency this season, he is definitely worth trading in your league if you can get top-20 WR fantasy value in return for a deal.

What Should Fantasy Managers Look To Acquire When Trading Higgins?

If you target a receiver in return for Higgins, aim for someone like Michael Pittman, Mike Evans, Zay Flowers, or George Pickens in return for Higgins.

If you would prefer to move him for a running back, names like Josh Jacobs, D’Andre Swift, or Jahmyr Gibbs all feel like they are in play for someone with the fantasy track record of Higgins in recent years.
