A star was born on Friday night as Wisconsin redshirt freshman quarterback Graham Mertz lit up Illinois for five touchdowns, but he’s expected to miss at least three weeks after failing post-game testing protocols. With third-stringer Chase Wolf also testing positive and initial starting quarterback Jake Coan already out indefinitely, the Wisconsin Badgers will be down to fourth-string quarterback Dany Vanden Boom for their matchups against Nebraska, Purdue, and Michigan.

Your Halloween weekend is sure to be full of frights and plenty of late-night candy that doesn’t belong to you, but don’t forget about Week 9’s full slate of college football action. The third-ranked team in the nation, Ohio State, visits State College to take on #18 Penn State in the only Top 25 vs. Top 25 matchup in Week 9, but there’s plenty of action expected to impact our 2020 devy fantasy football rankings.
