Has Jimmy Garoppolo seen a decline in his bank account after signing his blockbuster $137.5 million deal back in February 2018 with the San Francisco 49ers?
The two-time Super Bowl winner has new scenery this season and will soon make his Las Vegas Raiders home debut on Sunday Night Football. But financially, the two-time Super Bowl winner is still a wealthy man.
Jimmy Garoppolo’s 2023 Net Worth
Now, five years after his mega deal with the 49ers, Garoppolo has a net worth of $55 million. But if one were to include his endorsement deals with Subway, Bose, Nike, and others, Garoppolo has made an additional $36 million.
“Jimmy G” struck it rich when the 49ers made a trade for him in 2017. One year later, the franchise was convinced to award him with his blockbuster deal. He responded by taking the Niners to the Super Bowl in 2019.
Unfortunately, things took a downturn after that NFC title run. Garoppolo had an inability to stay healthy and was also plagued with questionable field decisions that changed the outcome of the game.
Still, Garoppolo signed with the Raiders for two years worth up to $72,750,000. That gives him an annual salary of $36,375,000.
The veteran quarterback, for all his criticism and injury history, still commands a high salary.
Garoppolo So Far With the Raiders
Garoppolo won his first game as a Raider in Week 1, completing 20 of 26 passes for 200 yards and tossing two touchdown throws in the 17-16 win over the Denver Broncos.

But in Week 2, the Raiders and Garoppolo lost their first game together 38-10 against an old rival of Jimmy G’s, the Buffalo Bills. Garoppolo went 16 of 24 for 185 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions.
Now, he’ll wear the home black jerseys for the first time in his career when the Pittsburgh Steelers come to Sin City.
For his career, Garoppolo has only played one game versus the Steelers, and that was a 24-20 win on Sept. 22, 2019, at Levi’s Stadium when he was with San Francisco.
