    Olave Betting Trends and Stats

Chris Olave has had three or more receptions in each of his first 16 games in the NFL. Only three other players in NFL history have had longer streaks to begin a career — Michael Thomas (65 games), Anquan Boldin (31), and Alvin Kamara (21).

    Olave Best Bet

Every indication seems to be that Olave could be on the cusp of being viewed as an elite receiver in just his second season. And he is facing the right opponent in the Panthers tonight.

In two meetings vs. Carolina last season, Olave was targeted a combined 25 times and finished with 14 receptions for 207 yards (103.5 yards per game). This includes career highs in receptions (nine) and receiving yards (147) in his only other meeting in Carolina back in Week 3 last year.

More of the same should be expected from Olave tonight. Yes, the Panthers only allowed 91 net passing against the Falcons last week, but Atlanta doesn’t have nearly the same weapons at the wide receiver position as New Orleans can boast.

If you throw it, Olave will catch it. His 80% catch percentage in Week 1 was his highest ever in a game in which he had at least 10 targets.

Chris Olave’s Best Bet: Over on 69.5 receiving yards (-115 at DraftKings)
