Ernest Jones posted 114 tackles in his second season, taking a big step forward. 2023 will continue that upward trajectory, as Jones played greater than 80% of snaps in only two of 17 games in 2022.

Kayvon Thibodeaux is primed to take a massive leap forward in 2023. As a rookie, he posted the third-most pressures (40) among all edge defenders. The two ahead of him posted 9.5 and six sacks, while Thibodeaux posted just four. This preseason, Thibodeaux has looked unstoppable and seems likely to make a jump toward the elite.
