The world of social media and the NFL are once again colliding as rumors swirl surrounding TikTok star Alix Earle and recently acquired Miami Dolphins wide receiver Braxton Berrios. Berrios and Earle were seen out together at Game 4 of the Miami Heat and Denver Nuggets NBA Championship series.
This is not the first time the two have been spotted together, and with both of them coming off recent breakups, all signs point to a potential new power couple in Miami.
Alix Earle Provided Hints of a Relationship on TikTok
Ahead of the actual game, Earle did what she does best and hinted at a potential relationship by posting her pre-date night routine. While trying on multiple outfits, Earle asked fans to interact and comment on what she should wear. Little did anyone know, the outfit would be spotted at an NBA game with Berrios at her side.

The video has already amassed over 400 thousand likes and once again goes to show how popular Earle is on the platform.

Earle is no stranger to dating professional athletes. Ahead of her rumored relationship with Berrios, she was with New York Yankees second baseman Tyler Wade. The two apparently went their separate ways back in December, with Earle saying the following on her social media accounts:
“We haven’t been together for a hot minute. I’ve just been hiding it from you guys because I didn’t feel like dealing with it right now. Even stuff I posted of me and my boyfriend — we were not even dating like a week or two ago.
“We have been fighting for a bit. I just was not happy with the way I was feeling. He wouldn’t post me,” she continued. “We went to a wedding and got all these good photos together, and two selfies of him, and he was like, ‘Oh, how many pictures should I post?’ and I was thinking, ‘Aw, he’s going to post me.'”
Berrios Already Enjoying Miami
Berrios has been in the NFL since 2018, when he was drafted by the New England Patriots in the sixth round. He missed his rookie season and was ultimately waived. He was then picked up by the New York Jets.
He played with the Jets for four years, mostly on special teams. The 2021 NFL season was his best, finishing the year with 43 receptions for 431 receiving yards and four total touchdowns.

After becoming a free agent, he decided to stay in the AFC East and sign with the Dolphins. Berrios’ contract is a one-year deal worth $3,500,000. It also includes a $1,500,000 signing bonus, with $3,000,000 guaranteed.
The Dolphins WR is no stranger to dating social media stars. His last relationship, which lasted two years, was with reality star Sophia Culpo.
Sophia and Berrios went public with their romance in early 2021. The duo frequently made appearances on each other’s social media accounts.
And it was on those same social media accounts where Culpo announced to her hordes of followers that she was going through the process of a breakup.
“I have a new apartment that I’m moving into,” she explained. “I just have to go back to New Jersey and get all of my stuff, which I’ve been kind of avoiding just because moving out of a long-term relationship where you guys, like, lived together — that’s really hard.”
