With another week in the ACC in the books, it’s becoming very clear which programs are not just anomalies in terms of their performances. Some programs, including the historic University of Miami, just haven’t hit the same stride as they have in the past. Meanwhile, the weak ACC still boasts several programs with good NFL talent and steady performances from week to week.
