Who is playing Thursday Night Football tonight, what time does the game start, and how can you watch it on TV or by live streaming?

Week 4 of the 2022 NFL season starts with an intriguing battle between two potential playoff teams. With both teams off wins last week, this Thursday Night Football showdown should have a ton of fireworks. Who is playing tonight, what time does the game start, and how can you watch it?

Who plays on Thursday Night Football tonight?

    Teams
Miami Dolphins (3-0) at Cincinnati Bengals (1-2)

    Location
    Paycor Stadium, Cincinnati, Ohio

The Miami Dolphins will travel to Ohio to take on the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday Night Football tonight. The Dolphins, the lone undefeated team in the AFC, are coming off of an absolute slugfest with the Buffalo Bills this past weekend. Although it came down to the wire, the Dolphins were able to hang on and defeat Buffalo 21-19.

The biggest question surrounding Miami is the health of their starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. Tua is currently nursing both an ankle and back injury, according to head coach Mike McDaniel. Despite most of the world under the impression the Dolphins QB had suffered a concussion Sunday, it looks like his issues are with his body and not his head.

“In just him talking to me I can tell in his voice he is literally going to do everything he can and in his power so collectively… I know that he’s going to do everything he can to play, so I’ll know if he doesn’t play, that it literally wasn’t possible,” said McDaniel after practice earlier this week.

Besides Tua, there will also be questions about the team’s general energy levels after playing a physical game in heat over 100 degrees Fahrenheit Sunday. A quick turnaround for a Thursday game after their defense was on the field for a whopping 40 minutes will be tough. Can the Bengals take advantage of the team’s potential fatigue?

Cincinnati is coming off their first win of the season, beating the New York Jets 27-12. However, we can expect their current AFC East opponent to put up a bit more of a fight than the Jets did.

The Bengals are dealing with injury issues of their own, with questions surrounding key offensive line pieces, as well as with running back Joe Mixon. Although the team has begun to find its footing, they still do not look like the same squad that made it to the Super Bowl last year. Joe Burrow is on pace to be sacked over 100 times this season, and the constant pressure has forced him into making some mistakes. Will they be able to clean up their act against this tired Dolphins pass rush?
