Tampa Bay Buccaneers 53-man roster projection: Aaron Stinnie injury could open up room elsewhere

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have one of the best 53-man rosters in the NFL and are primed to contend for an NFC Championship.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers still have one of the most complete 53-man rosters in the NFL, even after losing star center Ryan Jensen for the season. The offensive line still has three very good pieces on it, and the receiving corps is even more talented than a season ago after adding Russell Gage and Julio Jones.

The Buccaneers head into 2022 with several of the same pieces they had last season, and they’ll get Chris Godwin back healthy to begin the year. However, as noted, they’ll have to contend in the NFC without Jensen.

Starters will be annotated with an asterisk.

The defensive side of the ball is even better. There is no weakness there. The Buccaneers drafted Logan Hall in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft to add to an already strong front seven. The linebacker tandem is outstanding together, and they have one of the most consistent pass rushers in the NFL in Shaquil Barrett.

If Tampa Bay can stay healthy, they should remain one of the strongest teams in the NFL throughout a full 17-game season in 2022.
