Even as the Bengals climb down from the Super Bowl pinnacle, there’s a sense that the AFC North is up for grabs. Can the Baltimore Ravens claim it with this 2022 NFL Mock Draft? With free agency looming, let’s find out if Baltimore can get the NFL Draft right and round out their roster.
Baltimore Ravens 2022 7-Round Mock Draft
The Ravens have 10 total picks in the 2022 NFL Draft, as of this writing. A whopping five of those picks are in Round 4. Outside of that, the Ravens have one first-round pick, one second-round pick, two third-round picks, and a sixth-round pick to close it out.

Round 1, Pick 14: Jordan Davis, DT, Georgia
Nose tackles aren’t flashy, but their importance is understated. Nose tackles not only occupy blocks for fellow linemen but also allow teams to be more creative with looks in the secondary. Jordan Davis does all that, and he’s also a freak athlete with tremendous potential in both phases.
Round 2, Pick 45: Tyler Smith, OT, Tulsa
The Ravens love physical guys at tackle. It’s a Ravens staple to have maulers on the offensive front, and Tyler Smith checks that box in Round 2. Smith has technical issues to clean up, but he’s a great athlete with an NFL frame, powerful hands, and eye-popping upper body torque.
Round 3, Pick 76: Ed Ingram, G, LSU
Offensive tackle isn’t the only position to address on the offensive line for the Baltimore Ravens in this 2022 NFL Mock Draft. Guard could also use an upgrade. Ed Ingram could go on to be just that. He’s a solid athlete in space, and he offers the same power and mauler mentality that Smith provided in Round 2.
Round 3, Pick 99: Channing Tindall, LB, Georgia
When in doubt, pick Georgia defenders. There’s hope that Patrick Queen will rebound in 2022 after a down year in 2021. But even if he does, the Ravens could use an explosive linebacker in a reactive role next to him. Channing Tindall is tailor-made for that role with his terse short-area burst and tackling ability.
Round 4, Pick 109: Bo Melton, WR, Rutgers
The Ravens are slowly improving at wide receiver, but they still have room for one or two more threats alongside Marquise Brown and Rashod Bateman. Bo Melton complements them well with his speed and run-after-catch ability underneath. He ran a 4.34 at the NFL Combine and also reaffirmed his explosiveness with a 38-inch vertical.
Round 4, Pick 119: Jesse Luketa, EDGE, Penn State
Odafe Oweh will continue to be a big part of the Ravens’ defense. But there’s still room to add more talent on the other side. Tyus Bowser is serviceable for the role he plays, but adding another stand-up pass rusher could do wonders for the Ravens.
Why not take a look at Oweh’s former teammate, Jesse Luketa. Luketa turned heads with his constant disruption at the Senior Bowl. He’s dense, well-leveraged, and his motor never rests.
Round 4, Pick 127: Daniel Bellinger, TE, San Diego State
A lot of players boosted their stock at the NFL Combine, but few did more for themselves than San Diego State’s Daniel Bellinger. Bellinger tested as one of the best at his position. He ran a 4.63 40-yard dash at 6’5″, 253 pounds, and he put up great explosiveness numbers. He’s already a solid blocker, which should endear him to the Ravens. Nonetheless, Bellinger has the tools to become an able receiving threat behind Mark Andrews.
Round 4, Pick 139: Chris Steele, CB, USC
Like edge rusher, cornerback is one of the most important positions on defense. It directly impacts the passer, and the Ravens could stand to add more depth there. In this 2022 NFL Mock Draft, the Baltimore Ravens stack fourth-round picks at cornerback, this time taking USC’s Chris Steele. Steele’s tape is a little inconsistent, but the former Trojan flashes instincts and proactivity and has great athletic traits.
Round 4, Pick 141: Joshua Williams, DB, Fayetteville State
The Ravens have their deep safety after signing Marcus Williams from the Saints. But they could still use more talent at defensive back. Joshua Williams adds some nice contrast from Steele. Both players are athletic, but Williams is long, versatile, and also a great fit for the press-man concepts that the Ravens employ. He’s the kind of high-upside investment Baltimore doesn’t mind making in the secondary.
Round 6, Pick 195: Micheal Clemons, DL, Texas A&M
Micheal Clemons‘ age and injury history will undoubtedly push him down draft boards. However, in this 2022 NFL Mock Draft, he could go on to deliver a great deal of value for the Ravens. Clemons is 6’5″, 263 pounds, with massive 35-inch arms. He has great explosiveness and power capacity. If he puts on 10-15 pounds, he could grow to be a versatile chess piece on the defensive line.
