The Cincinnati Bengals vs. Baltimore Ravens Week 7 clash has more intrigue than recent years. Joe Burrow’s Bengals are 4-2, while Lamar Jackson’s Ravens lead the AFC North with a 5-1 record. Here is a Bengals vs. Ravens prediction, the NFL odds, channel and live stream options, as well as how to listen to the divisional matchup.
Cincinnati Bengals vs. Baltimore Ravens prediction and odds | Week 7

- Over/Under: 48
Odds from DraftKings sportsbook.
This AFC North “King of the Hill” battle should be a good one. Both offenses have scored 20+ points in all but one game this year. Additionally, Burrow and Jackson are playing stellar football, with the latter firmly in the MVP discussion. Still, the Bengals’ strength of schedule has been far weaker compared to the Ravens’ through six weeks.
Cincinnati has beaten Minnesota (in OT), Pittsburgh, Jacksonville (by 3 points), and a winless Detroit squad. Meanwhile, the Ravens have won five straight since losing to the Raiders in overtime in Week 1. They outlasted the Chiefs, Lions, Broncos, Colts, and Chargers. Regardless, both teams are 3-3 against the spread this year. Are 6.5 points too much in favor of the Ravens? I think so.
Burrow, Bengals should keep this one close
Baltimore handed 27-3 and 38-3 losses to Cincinnati last year, but Burrow only played in the first contest. He has looked much improved from a processing standpoint this year. And rookie WR Ja’Marr Chase has proven all the doubters wrong. Even if defensive coordinator Don Martindale and CB Marlon Humphrey limit Chase, Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd will cause fits.
The biggest factor, however, is the Bengals OL vs. the Ravens pass rush. If there is one thing Baltimore knows, it is how to confuse the opposition and bring pressure. Nevertheless, I think this will be a closer game than some expect. Although the under has hit in five of Cincy’s games this year, I like the over in this one.
Bengals vs. Ravens prediction
The Ravens have not lost a home game since Week 11 of 2020 — I don’t think that streak will end on Sunday. Jackson and Co. are fresh off a 34-6 thrashing of the Chargers. On the other side, Burrow led his squad to a dominant 34-11 victory over the Lions — they took care of business, and you can’t blame them for their competition.
With Burrow getting into form after a devasting knee injury last year, Joe Mixon returning to near 100% health, and Chase taking the league by storm, the Bengals will put up points. Furthermore, their defense is quietly eighth in yards allowed (331.0) and fifth in points allowed per game (18.5).
However, Jackson is on another level. And with Marquise Brown, Mark Andrews, and rookie WR Rashod Bateman getting his legs under him, the Ravens should prove too much to handle. That’s not even including their rushing attack and John Harbaugh’s willingness to make gutsy calls.
Prediction: Ravens 27, Bengals 24
