Is there Monday Night Football tonight? Looking ahead to Week 2 NFL preseason games

Is there Monday Night Football tonight to finish off preseason Week 1, and what do we have to look forward to in Week 2 of the preseason?

Is there Monday Night Football tonight to finish off what has been a superb week of NFL preseason action? Let’s take a look at whether there is a game tonight and look forward to Week 2 of the 2021 NFL preseason.

Is there Monday Night Football tonight?

Sadly, there is no Monday Night Football tonight to finish off Week 1 of the preseason. Of the three weeks of preseason football, only one contains any Monday Night Football. That fateful day will be next week in Week 2.

The NFL loaded 15 of their 16 Week 1 preseason games between Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. That left just one game on Sunday, as the Colts hosted the Panthers.

With Week 1 in the books, we now have to look forward to Week 2. The upcoming week sees 10 preseason games on the national TV schedule. The week will begin Thursday, August 19, with at least one nationally televised game every day through to Monday.
