This year, Dallas’ franchise valuation is $10.32 billion — a whopping $2.53 billion higher than the next-closest team (the Los Angeles Rams).

The Cowboys have struggled in the NFL playoffs in recent years and they haven’t won a Super Bowl since 1996, but Jerry Jones has plenty to celebrate with this valuation.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers Saw Highest Year-Over-Year Increase
Entering the 2023 NFL campaign, many pundits predicted that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers would be a bottom-feeder in their first season without legendary quarterback Tom Brady. Instead, the Bucs won the NFC South for a third-straight season and even managed to win a playoff game, defeating the Philadelphia Eagles in the Wild Card round and seriously challenging the Detroit Lions in the Divisional Round.
Tampa Bay has also thrived off the field, seeing an NFL-high 33% increase in franchise valuation year-over-year. The Bucs went from being worth $4.15 billion in 2023 (28th in the NFL) to $5.5 billion (tied for 15th). The team’s 2024 season tickets recently sold out, so clearly things aren’t as doom and gloom post-Brady as was initially predicted.
Which NFL Franchise Has the Lowest Value?
The Cincinnati Bengals have the lowest franchise valuation, coming in at $4.71 billion. Still, they experienced an 18% increase year-over-year.
The Jacksonville Jaguars ($4.76 billion) and New Orleans Saints ($4.79) round out the bottom three in terms of team value.
