1) New York Giants
Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
The Giants have created a massive quarterback crisis. The worst thing? Most saw it coming. This means that they will have to take a swing at the market this offseason, whether by paying a free agent or using the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
They draft Shedeur Sanders, who has transferable skills and can start as a rookie. The Colorado quarterback has excellent pocket control and impressive throws on the move and also possesses the processing, mechanics, and field vision to have an impact in Year 1.
2) New England Patriots
Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State
Abdul Carter is one of the top prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft and is just beginning to reach his full potential. In his first full season as a pass rusher at Penn State in 2024, he recorded 11 sacks and 22 TFLs. His outstanding athleticism, flexibility, and aggressive physicality enable him to succeed, even though he is still developing his skills.
3) Jacksonville Jaguars
Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado
Travis Hunter will be the most discussed player during the NFL Draft process. The Heisman Trophy winner has been elite in two positions in college football, but whether he can continue to play two ways in the NFL is hotly debated. Either way, the elite athlete is likely the top overall player in the 2025 NFL Draft and possesses the best ball skills of any player available.
4) Tennessee Titans
Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
At 6’3″ and 318 pounds, Mason Graham is a powerful interior presence who can shed blocks and disrupt the passing and running game. His elite ability to clog up running lanes and collapse the pockets ranks him No. 3 on the PFN Top 100 Big Board.
The Wolverines DT has elite, violent hand usage and rare movement, making him one of the top DT prospects in recent history.
5) Cleveland Browns
Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
Will Johnson has the all-around skill set and production to be a lockdown corner in the NFL for years to come. At 6’2” and 202 pounds, the refined Michigan DB is an elite prospect who has ball-hawking instincts, aggressive speed, and loose athleticism to be a fixture on the perimeter.
6) Las Vegas Raiders
Cam Ward, QB, Miami
Thanks to his natural playmaking ability, Cam Ward has emerged as a top quarterback prospect at Miami. In 2024, he has kept turnovers to a minimum, throwing only seven interceptions. However, some puzzling plays on film still raise questions about his decision-making.
Despite these concerns, Ward has a high ceiling, a strong arm, and the ability to create plays, making him a candidate for a top-10 selection in the upcoming draft.
7) Chicago Bears
Will Campbell, OL, LSU
Will Campbell will likely end the NFL Draft cycle as the top-rated offensive lineman. However, due to substantial arm length deficiency, his evaluation should see him viewed as a guard with tackle versatility.
Regardless, the Bears must protect Caleb Williams, and Campbell’s projection is the perfect fit for Chicago.
8) Carolina Panthers
James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee
James Pearce Jr. should be an early first-round selection despite his draft stock slipping from the dizzy heights of the summer.
The Tennessee edge rusher has some of the best pure pass-rushing film in the class, using his instant burst, bend, and varied rushing design. However, at 6’5” and 242 pounds, Pearce has a slender frame which will see him struggle against the run early in his rookie season.
9) New York Jets
Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas
The Jets hit on Olu Fashanu; now they need to find a future bookend tackle on the other side. At 6’4” and 324 pounds, Kelvin Banks Jr. has smooth movement and refined technique to counter pass rushers. Despite having clunky footwork, the Texas LT has impressive pad level and disruptive hand usage to stick outside in the NFL.
10) New Orleans Saints
Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia
Mykel Williams is a physical specimen who can immediately provide the Saints with pass-rushing prowess. The 6’5”, 265-pound edge rusher possesses prototypical size and influential strength to defend the run and overwhelm in the passing game while also displaying exceptional athleticism.
11) San Francisco 49ers
Cameron Williams, OT, Texas
The 49ers need a long-term solution at RT, and despite being incredibly raw, Cameron Williams has the prototypical physical profile and outstanding flashes to be the answer.
Just a one-year starter, the 6’5”, 335-pound Longhorns OT is powerful, has fluid movement, and striking toughness. Williams has the unteachable foundation to blossom into a protector in the Shanahan system.
12) Miami Dolphins
Malaki Starks, S, Georgia
Malaki Starks is an explosive, ball-hawking safety with elite range. His ability to cover deep zones and play in the box makes him a versatile weapon and a blue-chip prospect. The 6’1”, 205-pound safety has fluid movement and upper-tier athleticism, showcasing striking tackling ability.
13) Indianapolis Colts
Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
Tyler Warren is a complete tight end who can serve as a reliable target in the passing game. With a young quarterback in place, Warren offers a safety valve for the Colts while also being a mismatch up the seams. The 6’6”, 260-pound offensive weapon had 1,000+ yards in 2024 and has physical mobility and intelligent route running to create space.
14) Cincinnati Bengals
Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri
If Tee Higgins departs in free agency, the Bengals will need to find an instant replacement to help Joe Burrow and the high-powered offense.
Luther Burden III is a crafty, elusive receiver with the elite ability to find and exploit space. The dynamic, creative route runner has sharp acceleration and running back-esque field vision to be an electric YAC threat.
15) Dallas Cowboys
Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
Jalen Tolbert may be enjoying the best season of his young career. However, the Cowboys still need to find another receiver to complement CeeDee Lamb — someone capable of taking over games.
Tetairoa McMillan is an exceptional receiver, standing at 6’5” and weighing 212 pounds. The Arizona wide receiver boasts an impressive catch radius, fluid athleticism, and powerful physicality at the catch point, allowing him to win consistently when the ball is in the air.
16) Arizona Cardinals
Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&M
The Cardinals need a disruptive pass rusher, and Shemar Stewart has the frame and potential to take over games. The Texas A&M defensive lineman has a relentless motor and the athleticism to bend around the edge and cause chaos in opposing backfields while showcasing the versatility to play across the line.
17) Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Jalon Walker, EDGE, Georgia
Jalon Walker is a versatile weapon who plays all over the field in Kirby Smart’s defense. The defensive weapon shows great coverage ability, but his high-level pass rush should see him play on the edge at the next level. The Bulldogs’ LB is a hard-hitting, physical defensive playmaker with extreme burst and natural intelligence to get after the QB.
18) Seattle Seahawks
Aireontae Ersery, OT, Minnesota
At 6’6” and 330 pounds, you can’t teach the foundational skills that Aireontae Ersery possesses. The Minnesota OT has the unforgiving power and unrelenting strength to overwhelm defenders. With his length, Ersery consistently creates leverage while using his refined technique and bruising physicality to fend off pass rushers.
19) Atlanta Falcons
Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M
The Falcons rank 32nd in the NFL in sacks in 2024, and no individual player on the team recorded more than five sacks or nine TFLs. This ongoing issue in Atlanta needs to be addressed in the offseason.
At 6’4″ and 280 pounds, Nic Scourton is a refined, technical, and physical edge rusher who consistently generates pressure. The Aggies’ pass rusher displays impressive strength, athleticism, and a variety of skill moves to secure sacks.
20) Houston Texans
Derrick Harmon, DT, Oregon
Derrick Harmon has emerged as a mainstay in 2025 NFL mock drafts across the industry. The Oregon DT has taken his game to another level since transferring from Michigan State.
At 6’5” and 320 pounds, Harmon possesses a devastating swim move and overwhelms with his rare size to equally influence the passing and running game.
21) Los Angeles Chargers
Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Ashton Jeanty is one of the top overall prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft. However, could his positional value and lack of top-end athleticism slip him down the board?
The Boise State rusher may not have the unique athleticism of Saquon Barkley or Bijan Robinson, but his skill set is complete. With some of the best vision we have seen in college football, Jeanty is a missed-tackle-generating machine due to his elite contact balance and low center of gravity.
22) Denver Broncos
Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
Colston Loveland is a pass-catching tight end archetype who will have the most success out of the slot. Luckily, Sean Payton is the perfect play-caller to utilize the Michigan TE’s skill set. With the athleticism and route running to create mismatches, Loveland has the range and catch radius to be a go-to option for Bo Nix.
23) Los Angeles Rams
Shavon Revel Jr., CB, East Carolina
With elite athleticism, disruptive physicality, and prototypical length, Shavon Revel Jr. has all the physical tools expected of a high-end NFL starter. The 6’3”, 193-pound corner is coming off a season-ending ACL injury. However, his strength, flexibility, and combative motor will likely still see him land in the first round.
24) Washington Commanders
Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall
In 2024, Mike Green emerged as the top pass rusher in college football, recording 17 sacks and 23 TFLs. In addition to his elite production, the Marshall transfer has the acceleration, athleticism, decisive strength, and perpetual motor to be a first-round-caliber prospect in April.
25) Pittsburgh Steelers
Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan
At 6’3” and 339 pounds, Kenneth Grant’s athleticism and physicality make him an intriguing prospect alone. However, with some of the best hand usage in the class, the Michigan DT can create oppressive leverage and could develop into a star under Mike Tomlin with the Steelers.
26) Baltimore Ravens
Maxwell Hairston, CB, Kentucky
Maxwell Hairston is an instinctual, explosive, but patient corner who can consistently create turnovers at the next level. At 6’1” and 185 pounds, the Kentucky DB showcases the adequate length, versatility, and range to be an instant starter in Baltimore.
27) Green Bay Packers
Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas
Jahdae Barron is an explosive athlete who offers versatility in the secondary. The Texas cornerback is highly instinctual, displaying a relentless work ethic, aggressive tackling, and reliable ball skills.
28) Philadelphia Eagles
Isaiah Bond, WR, Texas
The rich keep getting richer. Isaiah Bond is an elite, explosive separator who has electric speed. One of the most agile receivers in the class, the Texas WR is consistently open and is elusive when in space. With fluid ball tracking and corrective route running, Bond’s elite acceleration would make the Eagles’ offense even more dynamic.
29) Buffalo Bills
Trey Amos, CB, Ole Miss
The late run on corners continues as Trey Amos lands with the Bills. The 6’1” 190-pound Ole Miss corner generated three interceptions in 2024 and led the SEC with 13 passes deflected. An instinctual corner, Amos has the experience, physicality, and flexible athleticism to be a Day 1 starter at the next level.
30) Minnesota Vikings
Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss
The ceiling and potential for Walter Nolen is sky high. His elite first step and influential strength profile make the Ole Miss DT a fascinating prospect, especially when the former Texas A&M player showcases inescapable agility and penetrative pocket manipulation to get into the backfield. However, his consistency must vastly improve to impact the top half of the first round.
31) Detroit Lions
Landon Jackson, EDGE, Arkansas
At 6’7″ and 280 pounds, Landon Jackson possesses rare size, and his advanced pass-rush skills combined with impressive power could land him a spot in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft. The Arkansas edge rusher boasts elite length, allowing him to control the line of scrimmage, and he showcases precise, strong hand usage to create leverage.
32) Kansas City Chiefs
Harold Fannin Jr., TE, Bowling Green
Travis Kelce is having one of his worst statistical seasons in almost a decade, and while he may still have the legs to carry on, finding another unique tight end would be wise.
Harold Fannin Jr. is a demon to defend. At 6’3” and 231 pounds, the Bowling Green TE is a tremendous route runner who combines skilled blocking, explosive athleticism, and physical power to create yards after the catch.
