The NFL and the Big 12 Conference announced last year that the two entities combined forces to innovate the first conference-wide Pro Day. Set to debut in Frisco, Texas, on March 27, the Big 12 Pro Day will feature NFL Draft prospects from across the conference showcasing their skills for scouts.
A first-of-its-kind event, let’s take a look at where it will be and how you can watch the inaugural Big 12 Pro Day.
Full 2024 Big 12 Pro Day Schedule
The Big 12 Pro Day takes place at Ford Center at the Star in Frisco, the 91-acre home to the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and practice facility. The players will be split into two groups by position: QB, WR, TE, RB, and DB on March 27-28; and OL, DL, LB, and specialists on March 29-30.
Each group will spend the first day registering for the event, taking photos, listening to presentations, and participating in NFL Club Player interviews. The workouts begin the following day, with the players separated by position.

How To Watch the 2024 Big 12 Pro Day
While the workouts will be mainly closed to the public, they will be televised for the masses and shown on the NFL Network afterward. An announcement by the Big 12 last March said the NFL Network will provide commentary and analysis around the event, packaged into nightly coverage.
Instead of the traditional on-campus Pro Day primarily featuring players from just one school, this allows prospects from all Big 12 programs to display their abilities at a high-end facility in front of scouts and a mass audience.
“The Big 12 unified approach will provide world-class maximum exposure, mentorship, and development opportunities for potential future prospects pulling on the vast resources of these Big 12 institutions,” NFL VP of football operations Troy Vincent Sr. said in the announcement.

“From state-of-the-art medical and talent evaluations to maximized media exposure and classroom professional development, these future leaders will experience a dignified, respectful and comprehensive assessment.”
Fans can attend a Big 12 Fan Fest outside of the event hosted by the conference, featuring “special VIP appearances, fan engagement experiences, screens broadcasting NFL Network’s coverage of the Pro Day, and more.”
