Top Kickers To Start in Week 17

    Chase McLaughlin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The best kickers in fantasy aren’t always the best kickers in the NFL.

Sure, Jake Moody is awesome, but the San Francisco 49ers are far more likely to score touchdowns than to kick field goals this week.

A guy like Chase McLaughlin is in a great spot against a defense that isn’t imposing but is good enough to force the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to drive and stall.

McLaughlin has scored 11+ fantasy points in three straight games. He’s attempted multiple field goals in all but three games this season, including three straight. He’s hitting 93% of his kicks and hasn’t missed an extra point.

    Lucas Havrisik, Los Angeles Rams

It is a bit surprising no one is talking about Lucas Havrisik. Okay, maybe it’s not. After all, he’s just a kicker.

But kickers score fantasy points just like everyone else. And Havrisik is in a great spot on a Los Angeles Rams offense that should score plenty against the New York Giants.

Havrisik is far from the best kicker in the league. In fact, he’s probably one of the worst, hitting just 75% of his kicks. However, he’s attempted multiple field goals in all but one game since the Rams signed him ahead of Week 8. That’s good enough for fantasy lineups.
