Second Round
#33) Cincinnati Bengals: Kenneth Murray, ILB, Oklahoma
#34) Indianapolis Colts: Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson
To help complement their new franchise QB Jordan Love, the Colts go out and get him a big target. They already have their deep threat in T.Y. Hilton, and Zach Pascal was quite a nice surprise as well, but Higgins gives the team a further boost in that department and makes a nice trio for Love to throw to now.
#35) Detroit Lions: Terrell Lewis, EDGE, Alabama
#36) New York Giants: Trevon Diggs, CB, Alabama
#37) Los Angeles Chargers: Austin Jackson, OT, USC
#38) Carolina Panthers: Kyle Dugger, S, Lenoir-Rhyne
Oh man, one of the Senior Bowl risers comes off the board here in Kyle Dugger. I truly believe his draft stock absolutely soared through the roof after Mobile. He has good length and has proven he can man up guys, he was extremely sticky in Mobile as a matter of fact, and he has good range to be a single-high guy. Dugger will have a great day in Indianapolis if his tape says anything as well. So, expect Dugger to go far earlier than you might think, he has the traits to go this early.
#39) Miami Dolphins: Bradlee Anae, EDGE, Utah
#40) Arizona Cardinals: Ross Blacklock, IDL, TCU
You do not know about Ross Blacklock yet, but many of you will find out about him soon enough. Blacklock is a stud, period. He has a fantastic motor and plays with fiery violence that NFL teams will crave and eat up. The Cardinals need a pass rusher on the interior, and Blacklock delivers just that.
#41) Cleveland Browns: Patrick Queen, ILB, LSU
#42) Jacksonville Jaguars: A.J. Terrell, CB, Clemson
#43) Chicago Bears (via LV): Adam Trautman, TE, Dayton
Adam Trautman is the biggest winner from the Senior Bowl week because he proved he could do what he did in the FCS against the big boys. Trautman’s tape flashes a complete tight end that has the athleticism to be a good route runner and yet the mean streak and technique to be a solid blocker. And with the Bears needing at tight end, Trautman is going to be appealing to them.
#44) Indianapolis Colts: Justin Madubuike, IDL, Texas A&M
#45) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jacob Eason, QB, Washington
#46) Denver Broncos: Lucas Niang, OT, TCU
#47) Atlanta Falcons: Cesar Ruiz, IOL, Michigan
Finally, we get an interior offensive lineman off the board. Cesar Ruiz has fantastic athleticism that teams are going to adore. His refined skillset, particularly with his hand usage and pad level, also will make him alluring. But the biggest point of emphasis will be the fact that he can also split out to guard from center, and that is what he will be doing in Atlanta.
#48) New York Jets: Lloyd Cushenberry, IOL, LSU
#49) Pittsburgh Steelers: Jalen Reagor, WR, TCU
The Steelers need a few things, and that includes a tight end, defensive lineman, and some help along the offensive line, but when you get the opportunity to strengthen your wide receiving corps with a weapon like Jalen Reagor, you do it. The Steelers need that dynamic deep threat to take the top off the defense regardless. And still, there have been some recent rumblings that teams might be a bit lower on Reagor than we are expecting due to drops and concerns about his route running, and that is why he falls down to here. If he answers some of these questions down the stretch, expect him to be a fringe first-round pick.
#50) Chicago Bears: Netane Muti, IOL, Fresno State
#51) Dallas Cowboys: Antoine Winfield Jr, S, Minnesota
#52) Los Angeles Rams: Prince Tega Wanogho, OT, Auburn
The struggles of the Rams’ offensive line was a mystery this season, but there was no doubt that there were struggles. And with the uncertainty of when Andrew Whitworth will hang up the cleats, they will need to fix that offensive line sooner rather than later. Even with two guys in David Edwards and Bobby Evans being picked last year, Prince Tega Wanogho brings good length and athleticism to the table. He can be a guy who can mend the offensive line woes.
#53) Philadelphia Eagles: Denzel Mims, WR, Baylor
#54) Buffalo Bills: Curtis Weaver, EDGE, Boise State
#55) Atlanta Falcons (via NE): Noah Igbinoghene, CB, Auburn
#56) Miami Dolphins (via NO): JK Dobbins, RB, Ohio State
#57) Houston Texas: Cam Danztler, CB, Mississippi State
The Texans need help at cornerback pretty badly with a lot of up and down play on the unit this past year, to say the least. In comes Cam Dantzler, who will give the Texans a guy who is one of the higher IQ football players at cornerback in this class. Dantzler has some great athletic traits and fluid hips as well to add to his skillset and fits nicely into the Texans cornerback room.
#58) Minnesota Vikings: Jaylon Johnson, CB, Utah
#59) Seattle Seahawks: Robert Hunt, IOL, Lousiana-Lafeyette
#60) Baltimore Ravens: Zack Baun, EDGE, Wisconsin
#61) Tennessee Titans: Ben Bartch, OT, St. John
A senior bowl riser due to his solid performance all week, Ben Bartch will allow the Titans to take care of some issues along the offensive line with the likely departure of Jack Conklin. Bartch brings good play strength and mobility to the position and should be a guy who can start from day one given his footwork and frame. There will be things to correct, but it is nothing that hard work and good teaching can not overcome.
#62) Green Bay Packers: Malik Harrison, ILB, Ohio State
#63) San Francisco 49ers: Ashtyn Davis, S, California
#64) Kansas City Chiefs: Bryce Hall, CB, Virginia
