CeeDee Lamb, Oklahoma
CeeDee Lamb’s 2019 season is off to a fast and furious start, as he has hauled in 36 passes for 816 yards and an outstanding 11 touchdowns. He had a banner performance against Oklahoma’s biggest rival, the Texans Longhorns, which consisted of 10 catches, 171 yards, and 3 touchdowns. The big stage doesn’t scare CeeDee Lamb one bit.
There will be many that think I am nuts that I have Lamb ranked third in this draft class. In fact, there is a large segment of the draft community that thinks Lamb is the best wide receiver prospect in the 2020 NFL draft. In his article NFL Draft: Is Oklahoma’s CeeDee Lamb WR1?, Pro Football Network writer AJ Schulte does a dynamic job at highlighting Lamb’s strengths. His body control, concentration, and route running are top-notch. Also, let’s not forget that he is insanely dangerous in the open field.
In the video below, watch Lamb’s ability to change direction, locate the football and cash it in for six.
