Jessie Armstead made five Pro Bowls in 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2001 and was named First-Team All-Pro in 1997. He recorded 967 career tackles and 40 sacks. Although he never won a Super Bowl, he was a key player for the Giants' defense. Andy Robustelli earned five Pro Bowl selections in 1956, 1958, 1959, 1960, and 1961 and was named First-Team All-Pro four times in 1956, 1958, 1959, and 1960. He won two NFL Championships (1951 with the Rams, 1956 with the Giants) and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1971. Frank Gifford was selected to eight Pro Bowls in 1953, 1954, 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959, and 1963 and was a four-time First-Team All-Pro in 1955, 1956, 1957, and 1959. He finished his career with 3,609 rushing yards, 5,434 receiving yards, and 77 total touchdowns. He won an NFL Championship with the Giants in 1956 and later became a successful broadcaster. Gifford was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1977. Harry Carson earned nine Pro Bowl selections in 1978, 1979, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, and 1987. Over his career, he recorded more than 1,200 tackles and was known for his physicality and leadership. Carson played a crucial role in the Giants' Super Bowl XXI victory and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2006. Rosey Brown made nine Pro Bowls in 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1962, 1964, and 1965 while being named a six-time First-Team All-Pro in 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959, 1961, and 1962. He played 13 seasons, anchoring the Giants' offensive line and leading them to an NFL Championship in 1956. Brown was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1975. Lawrence Taylor was a 10-time Pro Bowler, earning selections in 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, and 1990, while also being named First-Team All-Pro eight times in 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1988, and 1989.
